What is the point of opening at 8:30 AM on a Friday if the door is still locked at10:30 AM when I arrived to get my mobile order?

Went to get my fountain drink when I noticed the inside was covered in mold. I alerted a worker & she seen it too but they continued to let customers get drinks from it ? please do not eat here! This place needs to be shut down.

Very disappointed. As soon as we walked in the girls said we're out of this and this and this. Ok fine. We order from what was left, mind you it's a Saturday afternoon in summer. Busy season. After we sat down eating another lady came in and basically restocked what the girls said they were out of. It was just in the back and maybe they didn't wanna get it? I settled for something that was fine. I also asked for a pretzel but couldn't have one because they were frozen. The girl that took payment seemed very irritated we came to eat. We sat and ate inside and her attitude was the same for the rest of customers I saw. ?

Friendly guys working behind the counter. Sandwich was great except that I found not just one hair, but two. The first one was loose so just pulled it and threw it away the second one was melted and stuck in the cheese.

The guys and girls who work here are very nice and accommodating with whatever you want as far as the amounts of veggies you want on your sandwich or not want on your sandwich. The sandwiches are really good. Very nice atmosphere. Service is impeccable.
Sweetest three girls working here. You can tell they enjoy their job and each other. Very pleasant and fast service.

I normally go to this subway often and had the worst experience today. The woman who was making my sandwich, who I am pretty sure is the manager, was already annoyed from the get go. By accident, half of my sandwich fell into a tray below of the sandwich making counter. I've seen the employees before using the tray as kind of like a waste basket of trash/ingredients that fall in there by accident, so I doubt it is clean. The woman just put the meats that fell into the tray back onto the bread and asks me what vegetables I wanted. She didn't offer a remake of the sandwich, an apology, or anything. It's against food safety, It is disgusting in general, and on her part, to her it seemed that nothing was wrong, so I simply walked out. I was with a family member who ended up paying for the sandwich and we just gave the sandwich to our dogs.
