Just go for drinks and sit on the patio. Maybe eat some fries. But skip eating a meal here.

The staff was courtious, prompt, and assisted with keeping the children entertained. The spicy chicken sandwich with French fries hit the spot. Outdoor seating was pleasant with overhead heating. The only part of this eating experience I didn't enjoy was the menu.Option 1. Scan the QR code with a phone and orderOption 2. Paper menu, proceeded by walking back to the Bar to order. I prefer a human being without the inconvenience of leaving my eating party.Still 5 stars in my book.Parking: It flows like the tide.Kid-friendliness: The table cloth is good ole paper sheets. There are plenty of crayons to go around.

The food was decent, service was great, and the food came out quick, but a couple of things rubbed us wrong.1) No pickup/takeaway options.2) Portion sizes for most single person options were small. The special of the day was a four-inch, shallow bowl of chicken and dumplings. The alcoholic drinks are also on the smaller side; usually old-fashioneds are expected to come in a tumbler sized glass, but the one we ordered came in a slightly bigger shot glass.3) The prices are kinda high. We ordered a burger basket with a soda, chicken and dumplings, and an old fashioned that racked up a $50 tab.To be fair, it is a touristy area, but it feels kind of silly to pay that much for something that's just okay.

Amazing Mac & Cheese, great burgers, and sweet people! Found this place on accident and loved it. A little pricey for the amount of food but overall worth.

Yesterday at 130pm, We entered the restaurant and were told to sit wherever we liked. I am disabled so I try to stay close to the restroom. My leg was hurting so bad that we took the first table. It was a long table, but it was well past lunch, and the place was dead. There were 5 of us. Our waitress approached and asked if we would move to the next table. We began to move, but there were benches, and due to my disability I can not sit comfortably on a bench and have a hard time standing from one. So I told the waitress that I'd prefer to stay where we were. I explained that the other lady told us to sit where we liked. The waitress was very rude and snotty when she said that's why I have a sign that says wait to be seated. So, again, I explained that we were told to sit where we liked. The lady who told us admitted that she said that! Again, the waitress had a snotty reply. I can not tell you if the food was good because I walked out. I can only imagine that if the front of the house people were that rude and nasty, the rest were probably the same. We went a bit down the road and found beavers bend restaurant and spent over 100 dollars for a fantastic meal! We were told to sit where we liked and were not asked to move! So go there, you won't be sorry!

I wish I could give them no stars. They make you pay before you sit down, so you are trapped. No one had a clue what was going on, took ten minutes to get a table and it was not busy. No reason to train the staff if you have to pay and tip before you even sit down.

We stopped in for an early lunch. The staff was friendly and helpful, but it's not a place where you're waited on hand and foot. The food was delicious. We had spicy fried chicken, fried squash, okra, and beans. Everything was tasty. We will certainly stop in again.

my husband & i were so excited to try this place! this was our second time visiting broken bow & we have heard & seen great reviews about this place. however, we were sadly disappointed. it started with the parking, there was not enough spaces. every single spot was filled & it took approximately 10min of driving around in circles before a car finally left & we were able to park. then, when we walked inside, we were greeted by no one. there was about 7-9 customers standing near the counter waiting as well. it’s a popular spot, so my husband & i didn’t mind waiting. we stood there for about 30 seconds when a waitress came up, put a rope in front of the door blocking it off, turned to me & said, “we are not taking any reservations or orders for at least another 30min. that’s why i had this rope here blocking the door.” in a snarky tone & then walked away, clearly annoyed. first off, the rope was set to the side when we came in so obviously my husband & i had no idea they didn’t want us to walk in & that it was supposed to be closed off. & 2nd, i counted 13 open tables inside & outside the restaurant. i’m not sure if those were reserved or what but her attitude deterred my husband & i from staying. we immediately left & went somewhere else. i am very disappointed in our experience as i was really looking forward to eating there, but i will never be back after experiencing the attitude of that waitress. we will not go somewhere we’re not wanted. very disappointed.

You have to order from an app and when we went to pay the system messed up and kept hitting our bank account, which caused our card to be frozen (and we're 10 hours from home). You have to get your own refills and flag someone down when your order is wrong or you need something. The system flags for 18-22% tip and your having to partially wait on your own self. It's over priced based on serving size (lunch was $90). Not impressed at all.

Friendly staff. Food was alright. Smells like sewer walking up to the restaurant. That being said, if I ever got seated outside, I would be furious
