Great view of the river! Food was good, we had a grilled chicken salad and my husband had chicken fried steak. All well cooked and hit the spot. Another night popped in a picked up a to go order of mozzarella sticks and oh my!!! They were the best I have ever had, came with warm marinera sauce ! Great little gem within the park. Friendly folks, enjoyed watching rhthe deer while we dined outside.

Didn’t see much there when we walked in and the bathrooms didn’t smell well. We left.

The food was awful and the service was even worse, Several of the tables were dirty. And I don't usually complain! They were not busy and several people came in to be seated and nobody ever waited on them so they left. It was our second time there and we won't go back.

This place was awful. They were understaffed on the day we visited, which plays a significant role. But I just can't let that sway my opinion on how awful this place was. It took FOREVER to get seated, to have our order taken, and to get our food. I could go on, but I won't.

We are staying at the cabins and decided to stop here and grab lunch. The view is BEAUTIFUL. The food was great. The staff was very friendly and informative. We will be back on our next trip to Broken Bow!

We waited 30 min for an empty restaurant to be seated, waited an hour for our food. They were out of so many things. When the food came, it was cold and hard. The fires came not only cold, but extremely burnt and stale. Service came one time for the 1 hour and 45 min we were there. I do not recommend coming here, I’d personally choose McDonalds.

I’ve never left a review before, but I felt I should. We arrived around 9 AM and were only the third table seated, yet they were already out of almost everything. Our waitress didn’t seem to know what was on the menu or what sides were available, and didn’t ask. The place does have a beautiful view, but unfortunately, that was the only highlight. We left once she told us almost everything we ordered was not available. We did purchase a water and a soda for almost 5 dollars!

Stayed the weekend in Hochatown, and was told to try The Lookout Kitchen by one of the locals. Sure glad we did. It did not disappoint. Food was amazing, restaurant was fun to explore, and the waitstaff were all so nice and polite.

The staff was very friendly (we had just finished a hike and they let us bring our dog to the back patio). The food was fantastic, and they brought out a water dish for my dog too.

Food is really good so it’s so disappointing how unbelievably atrocious service is here. We have been 3 times and today will be the last. We waited in the lobby/giftshop for 25 minutes while an extremely rude lady kept telling us and the 5 other groups “few more minutes” and wasn’t even polite about it. We all left. 20 plus people. Our other visits were met with waitresses who gave us food when it came out, never came back with check or drink refills, or a waitress with a terrible attitude. Won’t be wasting our time and hard earned money at this establishment. Plenty of other places in the area who are happy to have our group.

The food is just ok. Basic burgers and American food. The menu changes every couple months so it's not famous for anything except it's views. The restaurant has good views and overlooks the river.

The service staff though has never been good. I'm talking the group before us was seated, got drinks, then ordered food, all before the 4 parties waiting to even tell how many people are in their party were aknowledged. Half our food came out cold, and was missing items stated in the menu. We asked for a side of ranch, honey mustard, and ketchup and it came out after we finished our food and after a different server had to ask 3 other tables who asked for it. For a wait staff of 4, they should be able to handle more than 10 tables but it's consistently unorganized.
