The Meltdown on 259

Got the mini meltdown $7, the angry meltdown $9, and the big smooth $11.75. All sandwiches were freshly made, and were delicious. They have a nice seating area as well.

Really really amazing sandwich and the nicest owner. Fun little food truck with tables outside. Super good.

This is one of those places that we’ll be thinking about long after we’ve headed back home from our family vacation. Not only is it great for kids, but it’s one of the best grilled cheeses I’ve ever had as an adult. I had the Mimi and the homemade pimento cheese is some of the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot). Also, the owner was incredibly kind and very responsive when I messaged him to make sure they’d be open this week. Stop here. Get a grilled cheese. You’ll never regret it.

Stopped for lunch and ordered the hot damm and mimi sandwiches which were amazing. Owner was super nice and very friendly. He made our food very fast as well. The atmosphere around the truck is also super nice with plenty of seating and shade with other stores around. Would 100 recent come back again

We stopped at the market local on 259 for some provisions, then saw this food truck sitting in the courtyard with various picnic tables.
The service was laid back and fast- We highly recommend The Big Smooth! If you haven’t, you should definitely stop by and have a Meltdown on 259.

I usually get “The Game Changer” which is delicious but today I tried “Big Smooth”. Now I’m going to have hard time choosing. Great sandwiches!!

The owner of this food truck is super kind and personable. He was cracking jokes with my husband and we had a great time talking with him. I got the caprese sandwich and added turkey to it. So good! My husband got the one with smoked chicken and buffalo sauce and said it was super good too. There was a family of 5 ahead of us and we still got our food quickly after them. Lots of outdoor seating, some of it is covered too. Definitely will be going back the next time we visit the area.
