The dinner time manager Jared was so nice. They mis made my burger two times and he personally oversaw them making it the last time and brought it to me very quickly. He was very nice and professional. A+ service to correct a mistake.

Attitude at the window from the employee. Didn’t get straws or napkins. Didn’t get brownies in my expensive frosty and they didn’t give me a spoon for it either and when we went back in to get them they were not pleasant about it. Filled the bag full of sweet and sour sauce though for 4 nuggets. Will not return.
Watched 4 different people walk in, stand at the counter for atleast 10 minutes without the employees acknowledging them. All left without a word being spoken

We love visiting Oklahoma to ridenrivers and see sites. We stopped by Wendy's to catch a quick bite and was really disappointed . I had a really big issue with the cleanliness of the place. They had several employees, but they did not attend to any of the restaurant needs inside. Dirty tables and trash were everywhere, and they did not want to take orders at the counter. They made my wife's food wrong and see didn't ask for it to be remade. She only ask for the things left off. She was totally ignored, and when she did get their attention, the was so high he could only laugh. Broken Bow, please step it up with your fast food restaurantsq

Said they didn’t have potato’s and already charged me then said they magically had potato’s again. Waited 20 minutes til they finally took my order too. Lady was nice at the register but need to work on customer service skills
