“Every time we go to Medicine Park from Wichita Falls we always eat there. Last week we were that and had a to go container and my phone was on the table. We went to the restroom and were go for about 2 minutes and when we came back they threw our food away and put my phone at the cash register. I thought that they would make I to us by giving us something like voucher for half off next time we came there but wasn't offer anything. Even thought that happened we will still go back there because its our favorite place to eat.”

“The only reason I'm giving this place 5 stars is because of Olivia Brandon Jacob and Isaiah other words of give it a zero..... we went there on July 27 2025 and Jacob the manager was amazing because when we got there they were supposed to close at 6 because store manager said to which she is not a good manager anyways and not polite at all but they ended up staying opened until 7 bless these people hearts they were working so hard Olivia Brandon and Jacob and I didn't catch the cook's name but no matter how people was angry rude or upset they were very apologetic and respectful they deserve a 100 stars rating but we wish we had more time to play since we got there late because they were supposed to close at 8 so that was the saddest part but I've been going there years and every time there's a problem you can never catch the store manager because she doesn't want to be bothered so she expects everyone else to handle problems not cool the only reason I'll go back is because of the people I just mentioned keep up the work you all I seen you all stressed but still managed to put smiles on kids and very respectful....”

“I highly recommend this place. I ordered the Triple Berry Oat for lunch & Detox Island Green with fat burner/B12 added. Love the Berry one but will take me a bit to get used to the Detox Green one. Will DEFINITELY be going back! Lady I talked to through the drive thru was very nice & helpful on what to order since it was my first time there. These smoothies are also a big size too 24 oz. I give them a 5 Star😇”

“Lunch was amazing and so was the customer service! I got an order of the jalapeno steak tacos with rice, beans, elote & their chips w white queso! Tacos were so crispy, cooked perfectly & the white queso was hands down the best in town! Can’t wait to come back and try their shrimp tacos!!”

“Usually perfect, but we went yesterday to eat in and were asked dine in or carry out, we said take out just in case we didnt eat it all, so we had it made for to go thankfully. We went to go sit down to eat and there was not 1 single table available. Staff should not be asking if we want to eat inside, if we cant. We ended up having to eat in our car.”
