Didn't give me the correct change and then took almost 30 mins to get my food in the drive thru line. Then got asked to move up further because I was causing the drive thru line to get backed up even though I was still waiting on my food. Sad.

One of the WORST customer service experiences I have had in a long time, sigh! These people took forever to get me information about a medium size shake, so much so that I lost confidence in them and their ability to deliver even a mediocre quality product. No surprise that this location is bottom of the barrel.
I look forward to writing a complaint about my horrible experience on the phone with these service people.

The two girls working on Monday ( Labor day), super sweet, very polite, very friendly!!! Best service ever at DQ anywhere. We live in Texas, but would stop there again on another trip.

This is definitely a older building it definitely needs to be renovated but the food was great the service was great and they had some extra stuff that other dairy Queens don't have I look forward to coming here again

Loved this place! The service was fast and the food was good. Loved the woman who checked me and my son out. He's 2 and talkative, and the cashier ate it up while still getting our order ready. Ate in the restaurant and my son needed to walk around. The place was big enough we didn't get in their way but that one cashier, once done dropping an order off would make silly faces and noises at my son to get him to laugh. I only stopped by as it was a road trip, sad I most likely won't be coming back. Would definitely recommend

Stopped in for a quick bite and ice-cream. The ice-cream was great and the rest of the food was okay. The lady at the counter had a really hard time with our order (burger, buffalo chicken meal, and a couple ice creams). Messed up the chicken meal without the buffalo - no big deal until we heard the lady yelling behind the counter we didn't order the meal that way. The store also seemed a bit dirty. Definitely will skip this location next time we are passing through

Last few times we've stopped, food was below average. Burger looked like it had been dropped then smashed, but was soggy. Onion rings fried too hard. Soda has a weird taste. Very disappointed.
