One of the WORST customer service experiences I have had in a long time, sigh! These people took forever to get me information about a medium size shake, so much so that I lost confidence in them and their ability to deliver even a mediocre quality product. No surprise that this location is bottom of the barrel.
I look forward to writing a complaint about my horrible experience on the phone with these service people.

The two girls working on Monday ( Labor day), super sweet, very polite, very friendly!!! Best service ever at DQ anywhere. We live in Texas, but would stop there again on another trip.

This is definitely a older building it definitely needs to be renovated but the food was great the service was great and they had some extra stuff that other dairy Queens don't have I look forward to coming here again

Loved this place! The service was fast and the food was good. Loved the woman who checked me and my son out. He's 2 and talkative, and the cashier ate it up while still getting our order ready. Ate in the restaurant and my son needed to walk around. The place was big enough we didn't get in their way but that one cashier, once done dropping an order off would make silly faces and noises at my son to get him to laugh. I only stopped by as it was a road trip, sad I most likely won't be coming back. Would definitely recommend

Stopped in for a quick bite and ice-cream. The ice-cream was great and the rest of the food was okay. The lady at the counter had a really hard time with our order (burger, buffalo chicken meal, and a couple ice creams). Messed up the chicken meal without the buffalo - no big deal until we heard the lady yelling behind the counter we didn't order the meal that way. The store also seemed a bit dirty. Definitely will skip this location next time we are passing through

Last few times we've stopped, food was below average. Burger looked like it had been dropped then smashed, but was soggy. Onion rings fried too hard. Soda has a weird taste. Very disappointed.

I cannot say enough about the incredible team at Dairy Queen. The staff here are some of the most well-mannered, friendly, and genuinely caring people I’ve ever encountered in any restaurant setting. No matter how busy they are — whether the drive-thru is packed or the lobby is full — they handle it all with absolute professionalism, kindness, and an efficiency that is truly impressive.
You can tell they care not only about getting orders right but also about making every customer feel valued and appreciated. The smiles are real, the service is fast, and the food is always fresh and exactly as ordered. It’s rare to see a team that works this well together under pressure, and they deserve national recognition for the way they consistently go above and beyond. This Dairy Queen is not just a restaurant — it’s a perfect example of how customer service should be done EVERYWHERE!!!

It's still the same amazing DQ service that you expect. Small town business with higher quality food.
My son and some of his friends and their teacher went into this Dairy Queen Monday to eat on the way back from a game. They stood in the store waiting to order for almost 15 minutes and were never greeted and their orders were never taken. The employees repeatedly walked past them and ignored them while taking orders of people that walked in after them. They ended up leaving and getting food at the gas station next door. I’m a server so I understand waiting on teenagers can suck, but it’s part of the job and my son and his friends are good kids and they tip, even to fast food employees. Do better Dairy Queen!

My husband is a very sensitive celiac. Thus, we all eat gluten free. Both the manager and cashier checked each ingredient and made sure that my husband got a safe ice cream bar and the kids could get a gf blizzard. Loved that they took the time to look it up and check on each ingredient. Great service
