First time eating at this off the beaten path restaurant in the downtown area of Caddo. The decor has a feeling of yesteryear, very nice waitstaff. Country cooking menu full of comfort type food. I suggest you stick with menu items, I wasn't impressed with the daily special as the bread and okra were cold but the Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich and the Onion Rings were fabulous! I'd of given 5* but some of the daily special was cold and the restaurant was hot (of course it's 100+F outside). Overall it was good. We will go back and make sure we stick to the menu items vs daily specials.
