Wife and I both had fajitas. Food was good but the portion was way too small for the price they charge. Either double the portion or 1/2 the price. Pretty ridiculous to pay $20+ for fajitas and leave still hungry. Won’t ever go back.
I was not impressed at all ….my our food wasn’t hot ….the waiter kept touching our baby and hugged my husband. No napkins no silverware had to ask twice for ketchup and ranch.
Just took 50 minutes at Los Arcos to get an order of nachos and a quesadilla…..they came and apologized at 37 minutes and said they lost our order…I understand that….it happens….but when you set the full priced ticket in front of us and say “sorry, new waitress”and don’t offer some kind of comp deal…..I try to keep my money local but the manager showed her humble feelings with the ticket price….The good ole days are gone people. Never again for us!
