Never going back. Food set out overnight, workers talk about how miserable they are and how they just “love their jobs Soo much” while crashing out over me wanting a toasted sandwich. Worst subway ever never going back

I used to come here on a regular basis and eat, but I stopped coming because I find the manager who works during the day at this store incredibly rude. She treats people like she is better than them just because she makes $10 an hour to manage a subway and it isn't worth spending my money at a place where I am treated like that

Great service!! Breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service!! Manager was super friendly and made the best sandwiches we’ve had when it comes to subway!! Very clean and organized! We will be coming back for sure!

Purchased a salad. It was just ok....it was overpriced for the amount received. I ordered a dozen cookies, requesting a fresh baked batch. I received cookies that were over done and dry...definitely not warm and fresh. They are so hard, you can barely bite them. Ugh!! Just Uggh!!

Lady with the blond hair and glasses should be retained on customer service. Obviously did not want to work and was making the other employee do everything. Kept letting out a sigh when I wanted to toast it or add cheese. Was extremely rude rolling her eyes when I told her there was 5 subs I was getting. Ended up leaving without subs do to poor customer service. Drove up the road to Durant and got excellent service!

Had issues ordering online. For the life of me I can't remember the young lady's name, but she answered the phone there and was trying everything to help me. That's the first person to answer the phone there out of the four times. I did get to order online. The sandwiches tasted great. She knew who I was and was all smiles and happy I was able to order online since I get gift cards and merge them on my app for subway.
I went to this location the other day, and the service I received from the woman sandwich artist, whom I believe name is Debra, was by far the best artist I have ever had! She was the best! You could tell she really give her all at her job and I appreciate that. Her broccoli cheddar soup was also amazing !

This is not a typical subway, in my opinion. I stopped eating Subway for about a year until last week when I went to this location after a friend told me about the quality of the ingredients. The vegetables are very fresh. The bread is awesome. I know all subways make their own bread, but I think most let the dough sit out too long, and the bread comes out with an old taste. The employees are very nice and close the lids to the ingredients after they are done making the sandwich, I think this is what makes the ingredients stay so fresh. I have eaten there two times now and plan on going back.
