I checked in from 10/11 through 10/13. I was told by the front desk and a text that house keeping would come by on the third day. No problem. They stated housekeeping will be coming by every 3rd day. 10/12 someone knocks on my door twice saying housekeeping, twice and knocked even though I said no thank you. Then I received a phone call from a man that did not give me his name. Thus he did not announce who he was. No should be a complete answer to a stranger making demands without a reason given. This man's voice on the phone then told me that housekeeping had just came by. I responded with yes, I don't need housekeeping and I'm fine. He stated they needed to get into the room. I asked why and he said to check the shower. I said no. He then said they would just check something in the shower. Now I had just an hour before took a shower and nothing was wrong with the bathroom nor shower. So I said they could not come in at this time. He pressed again and I said no. He then asked why and I stated I had three business calls I had to be on the next few hours and no. He then asked when they could get in the room and I said I didn't know, tomorrow morning. Again I would like to stress this is my second day in my room. I was told house keeping would t be coming by. I was also called by a man who did not announce who he was and was harassing me to gain access to my room. I am a woman traveling alone. This is beyond unacceptable behavior. I didn't open the door I don't know if it was house keeping or not. Beyond that a man who did not give his name nor state he was front desk spoke to me demeaning and was very determined to get into my room to check as he said something in the shower. Which I just took and was fine. Later in the day I did go to the front desk and found out that the man working the first day shift was name. I attempted to call the corporate office and log a complaint- however that is impossible because they have enlisted some phone bank in another country and most of those phone operators barely speak English. I travel through Ohio at least four times a month with my company and as a solo female traveler who values what is told to me "house keeping comes on the third day" , values my privacy, and most importantly my safety- will NEVER stay with this company again. Train your male employees how to treat women. Especially women that are their paying customers. To be clear my reservation was/ is for 10/11 through 10/13. Two nights. I politely declined whomever was knocking at my door. I politely declined strangers demands and pressure. No , thank you. No. Not today. Should be a complete sentence and I should not have to explain myself to a stranger on the phone that is demanding access to my hotel I am traveling. See photos below for additional details as then I received texts with the man actually claiming no one knocked at my door.

The room was newly renovated which was nice. The air conditioner was god awful. Sounded like a jet engine was accelerating. Went to sleep on the couch, it was like sleeping on a counter top. The breakfast was sub-bar at best. But the coffee was good…

Currently being renovated, managing well through transition. Property is very conveniently located for leisure activities. Well managed, friendly staff will make stay enjoyable. Amenities to support a good stay

Great staff, very clean, rooms were nice and comfy. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice everythibg was. They also have complimentary breakfast which was nice to not have to worry about buying something in the morning. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean and room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Adequate parking and a quiet location. I have been here before and recommend this hotel.

Nice enough but needs updates. Room was clean but furniture was old and overdue for replacement. Staff was super nice and friendly though! My kids had a blast at the pool and that made it worth it. They had signs about remodeling, I think with some updates it could be a really nice place!

Pros: Good location, easy parking lot, very responsive and friendly staff. Nice gift for rewards members (bag with water and snack). Sound machine in room was helpful. Cons: Room very worn, dated. There was even a big hole in the middle of the carpet. Breakfast was mediocre (coffee and eggs poor quality). Internet was very spotty, which was problematic. HVAC was efficient but noisy.
It is accessible to anything. Primarily, for resto and Sam’s for gas pump, if u r a member of such. Though, the room furniture needs to be upgraded, pool door access was broken (so, it must be fixed), and the breakfast options are less.

The hotel was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical hotel complimentary breakfast but very tasty and the waffle-maker attendant was very nice to my young son. We would stay here again.

Great experience! Hotel was close to the Cuyahoga falls downtown, which was what I wanted. I requested an extra night, which was no issue and easily done. I would, hands down stay again! It couldn’t have been more perfect!

The beds and pillows were amazing. The rooms are outdated but I mainly used the desk and bed. Shower was nice, high pressure and clean. I would stay here again, but internet was nearly unusable for work.

We stayed there a couple years before and it was a good hotel then, but this stay was even better. Good location only about three blocks from OH-8. Well-lit parking lot with plenty of ADA spaces. Really nice staff. Room was clean and comfortable. TV was great. Nice pool area. Breakfast was fantastic. Upgrade from the standard room was worth the price difference. Great overall stay.
