I got to the store and the open sign was still on but the door was locked, with customers INSIDE. Doesn't seem like safe customer service to me. Went to the drive thru and was served there so I'm not sure why the door was locked.

My donuts were good, but the sausage rolls were mediocre at best. Luke warm, and it was extremely underwhelming. Like, literally a hotdog with minimal sweet breading on it. It was kinda expensive, too. I'd give the place MAYBE a 5/10. **if you're going towards tulsa, just get donuts there. Lol

The woman working the drive through this morning definitely needs her attitude adjusted. She certainly did everything that she had to do, nothing more. Seemed as though she had a problem with me or whomever used the drive through. I used it because of a medical condition that I’m dealing with. When someone asks what you have in chocolate, don’t respond with a lot,, what are you looking for? With the body language suggesting I should have came in. Again, I can’t. Been here my whole life and have been to this shop many times but today I felt liked I was a nuisance to her. Need to get her off the window or lose customers!

Went through there this morning and the customer service is trash, the blonde headed girl with the horrific eyelash extensions is so rude and unprofessional, acts too good to work at a doughnut shop.. lol I’m pregnant I don’t have time for that. The doughnuts also have little to no glaze on them, just not good. Thank goodness there is a doughnut shop on every corner because I will not be back. Do better with the customer service.

Awful customer service. We ate our donuts there and I went up and ask for a refill of coffee. The cashier rang up $1.79. I said this is a refill. She said "I know. We charge for refills." I responded "I have not paid before." Employee said "we have to charge now."
