Not sure how I ordered a smokehouse BEEF AND CHEDDAR… Main two items and the cheddar was forgotten. Rather frustrated the the fast food service in this area as many are hiring youth that get high while they’re working…I’ve been getting some strange food items lately. At least this time it was just something forgotten & not some strange item(s) added. Anyways the sandwich was good but would have been better if they’d remembered my favorite part…. The cheddar 🤦‍♀️😁 Make sure to be very specific about what you expect on your $15 sandwich… and from there… good luck

We loved our lunch at this Firehouse Subs location! The gentleman that took our order was super friendly, attentive, and the rest of the staff did a great job as well! Our food was delicious!

Sooo...went here to buy a sandwich before going to the casino. Thought I might eat half tonight and half tomorrow for lunch. I paid over $18 for a subpar sandwich with 50 cents worth of potato chips and not even 32oz of pop. The cashier asked me if I wanted a pickle spear ( should not have been a question at $18) I said yes. Did I get it? NO. I was the only customer having come in at 8:47pm. She did suggest that I get the sugar cookie over the chocolate chip, which did turn out yo be good but not stellar. Have no idea how much I paid for it. Perhaps this place is more about charity than good food. They have how much they've donated posted front and center. The actual sandwich, which I came for, was warmed up but the meat had NO FLAVOR and the toppings were meh...I had to add more. I ordered a pretty classic sandwich, the hero, with turkey, ham and beef but the meat was actually BLAND??? That's crazy. I have no problem paying over $18. My issue was with the quality and missing items at that price point. I guess I just wasn't aware that the focus was not on the food. As I ate only half the sandwich, I kept thinking...I could have sat somewhere and had, good food, good service, ambiance and a to go portion for that amount of money, and I didn't even get what I ordered. Hopefully my contribution is going towards a good cause, as implied by the advertisement on the wall. The place was very clean, and the esthetic was cute. However, I came for the food. It's a no return for me.

The subs from Firehouse were very good! I left off a star because mine was supposed to have no onion (I am allergic); but I had onions on my sub.

Otherwise, the Italian subs were greatly enjoyed by the rest of my family.

We stopped in to grab dinner on our way to the hotel after a long long 10 hour road trip. Not only was I incredibly surprised that they are the only sub place that actual has gluten free and vegan bread rolls, they options were phenomenal! The first time they made my sandwich it wasn’t right, but the rectified it incredibly fast. Thank you for the hospitality and the kindness - they tried to refund us but absolutely not!
