Such a fun place to have a good time! Wish Riffs was bigger

Hardrock in any location is a scam, from thier so called algorithm, they run thier point system with where you only get a point for every 3 to 4 dollars played. But they count every dollar won. So it always seem you winning more than you actually are, and every year it takes more and more to maintain any card level. First year I became gold card in 2 days second year it took 6 months, this year can't do it in seven months.
Every year the machines get tighter and tighter to pay for more construction on new casinos being built all across the states and abroad.
These people are as greedy as they come, and it never ends, most of the time you might as well be feeding your money into a shredder.
The food most of the time is below par and getting more expensive all the time.
This place is designed to take your money period, they have no loyalty to anyone, took my girls dad for his birthday 99 years old drop 1000.00 bucks everytime. You think they would let him at least enjoy his birthday, but no
took his money like he somehow owed it to them.
So over it, feeding machines that have very little to no pay back. These places are a scam in the biggest way, should be avoided.

Water in showers smells like sulfur, I now smell like sulfur and my hair smells horrible, housekeeping was yelling down the halls all morning before 8am. I now have to stop somewhere to take a shower and get this terrible smell out of my hair. I have never had this happen and we travel for a living. For the price we paid over 200.00 we had the view of a dirty rooftop, disgusting water to shower in and very little customer service.We will never stay here again.

My first time first experience here in the states for hard Rock Cafe was outstanding although the casino floor needs more restrooms actually just better signs to be able to find them and the ones that are under construction need to be finished are there not very hospitable people who tend to your needs

Anybody will say it's great if they are winning. If you're having fun your winning. I had fun and yes I did win.

Went to a concert there to see Little River Band.
Sound was good. Lights were great
Seating was also good. Nice venue.

Convenient overnight roadtrip stop. Wife lost $20 on black. Casino was well kept, and hotel room was clean with plenty of space to spread out (Cherokee tower). Most of the sit down restaurants were closed (Monday). Breakfast at the Route 66 diner was stellar - Gail is incredible.

Needs more handicap parking

We've attended a few events here, never stayed in the rooms or gambled, the food was good but the fact that we have to go through smoking areas turns me off probably won't go there again

Venue for concerts suck and you won’t win any money there ! I’d recommend the Cherokee low. Key ones instead

So much fun and a great place to lose money!

We went to little river band concert. Had a nice dinner in the food court. Put the wife on dollar slots. She made enough to pay for tickets dinner and cocktails. Always fun to visit. The Hard Rock. One more thing. We were turned around and lost. Meet a good man
Mike from security walked us back to the entry. He was busy but helped us.

It was a fun night out. We saw Night Ranger in concert.
