Where do I begin. We came during lunch rush. Order the chicken sandwich, mushrooms and Swiss burger, Mac and cheese, and potatoes and for appetizers me and my family had chips and questions. Everything was delicious. Portions size was bigger than expected. We all tapped out and couldn't finish our meals. Took everything to go. Mrs. Ann was our server and she was very polite and professional and a sweet heart. Definitely will be coming back for more future trips.

We asked the server for recommendations as this was our first time there, and Big Red gave three, one was the Catfish that I was considering. Best fried Catfish that I have ever eaten. I had fried okra with it that was equally great.
If you're dining in this area, I strongly advise you to eat here.
Parking: Know where you're going; no big, flashy signs.

We had a bad experience. It doesn't mean everyone will. There is potential for good food but the name says it all. Whoever prepared our food just doesn't care. We ordered six items in total and only 1 was edible. The fried catfish was crispy and fresh. The onion rings were undercooked and the onion inside was still raw in some of them. You could visibly tell they were not done. The baked potato was cold. Probably prepared the day before. The okra as well was not fresh, it was very soggy for having just come out of a fryer. The French fries were completely soaked in grease like they had been sitting at the bottom of the pile for a while and were also not hot. I ordered chicken and received fried steak. Which I would have eaten anyway but it was so tough that I couldn't cut through it. The manager did offer to replace my meal but 1 for 6 I didn't want to wait for more disappointment. They should have offered to remake me what I ordered fresh so it was at least edible. They did discount the ticket so we paid just under $20+tip for a couple of pieces of fried fish. I know it wasn't the waitress's fault and she was very apologetic which is why I gave a 4 for service. But the cook has not one ounce of pride in what they are putting out of that kitchen. I guess if you go when they are busier the food might be better. But if not most items are not made to order. And fried food should always be made to order.

A group of five ate at I Don’t Care last night and did not have a good experience. Our group ordered appetizers, nonalcoholic drinks, a beer, 4 of us ordered the steak fingers and one ordered a steak and 4 in the group ordered dessert. Let me start with the food. The appetizers were delicious and the steak fingers were really good. The person that ordered the steak said it was tough but also acknowledged we weren’t at a steakhouse so didn’t expect a lot. The desserts were good also (cheesecake and chocolate cake).
The service: our waitress was nice. We told her from the beginning that we were on two tickets and showed her who was on what ticket. Our waitress brought the desserts out and then brought tickets. The tickets were messed up. Between the two tickets, items were on the wrong ticket, both ways. We didn’t make anything of it. We just paid and settled it amongst ourselves. The waitress brought our tickets back to be signed and we all tipped her well.
Now here is the issue…about five minutes later, a lady, who I believe may have been a manager, came to us and asked if we needed anything else because she needed the table for a group that was waiting. If they were busy, we totally would have understood but there were several empty tables and several by each other that could have been pushed together to accommodate the group of 5 or 6 people that were waiting. There was nobody else waiting to be seated. I have worked in the restaurant business in my younger days and there has never been a time that it was ok to ask a table to leave so that another can be seated, even when busy (which they were not). It’s not like this restaurant is near much. You obviously have to make a drive just to go. Our group, that lives over an hour apart from each other, chose this restaurant to meet in the middle. NEVER AGAIN! It was our second time to eat there and our last time to eat there. It’s a shame because the food was good. In all my years, I can say that I have never been kicked out of a restaurant, until last night!

What a great place! Everything we read in other reviews is true. The food was great, fresh and hot! The service was outstanding. Ben was our server and he was The Best!.... sadly that's rare these days. We ordered the fajita nachos, a double Mac Daddy burger with fries and the fish tacos. All were excellent 👌 We will be back and hope to being friends.

Fun place to stop off for a burger or a beer. When you ask your wife what she wants to eat and she says, "I don't care", you know where to go. 😄 Food was so good we ate it before I could take a picture.
