I can see why the catoosa ihop is always with no customers. Rude waitress, advised that my menu was dirty and needed attention and she went and put on the stack for the next customers and I had to peel one page apart. I order chicken strips and it came with French fries and asked if I could get mashed potatoes and she said yes. Received pancakes. Then over charged on receipt and told her that if she wanted her tip she could correct the receipt or take less. Mistakes are made and can be corrected and everything be good but mistakes and rudeness make for bad vibes, bad reviews and no return customers

This place is so slow. Its Friday at 6:30 they have 3 tables. This is not the first time they have been slow. The pancakes last time were practically cardboard. My sons food came out first and then mine 30 minutes later.
We went pretty late at night. Our service was so kind and helpful. I should have gotten her name but I appreciate her going out of her way to let us know the omelettes have pancake mix in them but they can make them without pancake mix after she heard us talking about dietary needs.
