I don’t know why I keep forgetting to leave a review for this place! I’ve ordered takeout here more than 20 times, and it’s consistently excellent. Family-owned and well-managed, they’ve mastered the art of quick, fresh, and flavorful meals. From phone call to pickup is usually less than 15 minutes. The taco salad is epic, the sampler guarantees a happy-food coma, and I keep hearing rave reviews about the burgers. Not sure if they have desserts—but honestly, I love this place regardless. “Gracias por amar a la gente con tu don para la comida. El Gringo Gigante.”

We love Izzy's food--everything we have tried--although we can also fill up on the fresh chips and salsa before the meal arrived. The sopapillas are excellent for after! This is one of our favorite restaurants, in Catoosa and in Inola!

I live near Izzy Mexican Flat, which makes it very convenient. The thing is… I’ve been there many times, but I’ve only had one menu item - the taco plate. Street tacos. Beef. With hot sauce. They’re ridiculously good. I don’t need to eat anything else. My wife - she gets the enchiladas one time, cheeseburger the next, special tamalaes on Saturday, etc. Not me. I get the street taco plate. Beef. With hot sauce. Go to Izzy’s. It’s amazing. ¡Feliz cinco de Mayo!

If you are looking for that hole in the wall taco stop this is it! Don’t be judging this book by its cover. If you want good food at a reasonable price in a clean environment you have found it! If you want some yuppie cheese covered Oklahoma BS with ketchup sugar salsa this is not for you. Don’t be leaving trash reviews because it is not like every other crappy so called Mexican around here. This place is the real deal! It is more authentic style street tacos and quesadillas. Just like the Terminator I will be back to challenge another round of tacos!
