Terrible service. Would not acknowledge that I was asking for more queso which they provide free when ordering an entree. The waitress just ignored me trying to talk with her. So we left. I will never return.
They just give you a random total at the register to get extra money from you. I had gotten our regular food ($46.96 before taxes) one week, the next week the owners sister rang me up and it was $54.19. I used to go once a week, starting slowing down because the service was becoming more worse each time. Now, being charged $10 extra dollars instead of my normal $46 AND my cash discount you supposedly receive( you dont) I won’t be going back anymore. It’s disappointing to see...read full review
I went in today and the woman at the counter didn't say a word. walked over to me and told me the total. it was horrible customer service. I then called to speak to a manager and she wouldn't give me a name I asked who the owner was and she would not tell me. shes extremely rude and should not be in customer service
