The food here is good and the customer service is good. This is our go-to pizza place while we lived in the apartments down the road. Pizza is always hot and fresh, and delivery is quick.
When I arrived to pick up my order thru drive thru, after sitting there for 10 minutes, I was told my order had been given away but they were remaking it, if I'd pull out front they'd bring it out when ready. 15 minutes later the manager (very nice guy) brought it out, gave me a $15 store credit & a family size ranch dressing. Awesome. But, I got home, and part of my order was missing so I had to go back. What should have been a 7 minute trip to pick up dinner turned...
The day after the big icing 1/22 and have been stuck at the hotel across the street, working off the laptop. Decided I wanted some pizza and remembered there's a Mazzio's nearby. Walked in and ordered, made my salad and within ten minutes or so, my pizza was ready. First thing I noticed was how extremely clean the lobby, salad bar, and in general the restaurant was.
