2 failures, 2 days in a row. Order ahead using the app, I get off work extremely late. First day I was missing items I didn’t discover it until I was already home. Second time I pulled in and after they took the order of the car in front of me and with the most attitude possible was informed they were closed, it didn’t matter what time I got in line, it didn’t matter it had already been ordered and paid for in advance was told I needed to cancel it. Rudest customer service I’ve encountered in some time.
Haven’t been to a McDonald’s in a very long time, first two times back and this location reminded me why. This location cost you a transaction, and I’m not coming back, it was worth trying it as there aren’t many options so late with my schedule. I won’t be returning to any McDonald’s particularly this one anytime soon.

Just go to Wendy’s. This McDonald’s does not care about people after 10pm and it shows. They do as little as possible and take as long as they want to.

Just spent 45 minutes waiting on 2 collectors meals. When we finally got them they forgot our fries then told us it'd be another 45 minutes to receive them. They were putting drive thru people curbside and forgetting about them until they came inside and complained. There were people waiting for an hour. There was at least 6 others in the lobby complaining they didn't receive their full order or the completely wrong order.
