This place was excellent! The cashier gave amazing service! Asked if I wanted ketchup with my fries. Game plenty of napkins the drink and straw plenty of sauce for my chicken strips.

Absolutely DISGUSTING. I asked for extra honey and received ONE honey packet with honey absolutely all over it. My nuggets were literally raw… i think i had maybe 2 that were ok to eat. Gave me the wrong drink size and cold fries. Ive had some pretty bad fast food experiences but this is disgusting. I tried calling to talk to someone but phone went straight to voicemail. This place needs shut down immediately.

I had to use the kiosk because no one would come to the counter, it was extremely hard to navigate. I ordered two big breakfasts with pancakes, and I only got the sausage and eggs part of it, they did give me the syrup.

Dry as a bone tasteless filet o fish sandwiches x2. Large fry for over $4 was only about 1/2 full and not hot. Over $18 bucks. Lobby closed early. We were going to use lobby restroom area as we were on a trip passing thru but had to drive around to Freddie’s to do that. Then drive back to McD and waited in drive thru line for 15 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of us. Slow for McD. Parking lot is shabby and won’t stop here again.

Worst McDonald's in the area literally, waited 10min and $15 for a burnt burger and soggy fries. Prices are higher than any other places as well. $1 more for a happy meal...

It's McDonald's, it's never great, it's just convenient fast food. But every time I have gone in the last two months there is mayonnaise on something that it doesn't belong on. I have had McDoubles, the breakfast bagel, the basic cheese burger, and they all had a disgusting amount of mayo put on it that I did not ask for. I no longer trust McDonald's. I do not know if it was just that I kept being given someone else's order but that is just as bad as them just messing up the food itself.

I’ve enjoyed this location cause it’s convenient and fast. People here were so nice with online orders never had issues always had it when I got there ready. They knew who I was and what I was in there everytime. This shift was so extremely nice and considerate. Until I had an order a few times from this location in Catoosa. This time it was a different person there. I asked them for my order they didn’t have it fully ready so I sat down (remind you I’m the only one there) so I sit towards the front so I can see when it was ready and can grab it. So I’m waiting about 15 minutes and I’m on a timer cause I have to deliver it. I don’t see or hear anyone for a bit then finally this individual comes out and asks “ma’am are you needing something?” I said yes my order so she walks off and comes back saying loudly “ma’am your orders been sitting here this entire time” so extremely rudely to me. I totally understand if your having a bad day don’t get me wrong we all do so I pushed it off as that. So I come back a few days later on the 13th because I have another order and yet again I had this same individual. I wait up at the front sat down. No person in sight so I waited for awhile finally she decided to come out and work. I’m sitting down and she hollered “ma’am if your here for an order you need to come up and tell us so we can finish it up.” So extremely rudely to me… like I said never had a issue with this spot always had it ready never had to do this. I did contact corporate about it and the manager on the 13th let’s hope they look into it and actually do something. I’ve never in my life reported someone but it felt really wrong giving me a bad feeling. I also found out my family had issues at this location about this individual flat out tell them no on a coffee because she didn’t feel like making it flat out saying that. This individual wears jerseys. They’re face is caked in black piercings, short dark hair, runs the front and the drive through, also wearing hats, working nights so if you have issues with this individual just know your not the only one.
