Absolutely terrible management and customer service. Ordered for table delivery due to being disabled and the manager very rudely slapped the order down on the counter and shouted out my name to come pick it up. Ridiculous!

Worst McDonald's. Staff ignores the front completely and is ride when you finally get someone's attention. They print all the tickets out early to make their times look better but they take so long to do orders every time I stop in. I wouldn't post this is it was a one time event but it's every time.

Went through the drive thru and they didnât secure the coffee lid. Coffee spilled all over my leg and car seat. The drives thru kid said âI shouldâve checked to make sure it was onâ he then tells another female employee and she starts laughing. Left blisters and burns on my leg and they took NO accountability.
In response to your response, you didnât take it seriously and denied my claim. This was 100% the employees fault and he admitted to it. You can reach out to me if you take this very seriously.

I ordered from here an hour and a half before they close on door dash and they confirmed my order, they then were preparing my order for the entirety of the rest of their open hours to then hand the order off to a McDonald's that's an extra 15 miles away after wasting 2 different dashers time, they also ALWAYS mess up my order with even the most simple of task like not adding the chocolate drizzle to a mocha frap

McDonald's Catoosa 1037741166 I came through to order & informed the lady at the drive thru Iâll need a little time to look at the menu. She said ok, order when youâre ready. It was about a minute or less and she came on and asked me if I was ready to order I said not yet. She didnât give me 5 seconds before she asked me again are you ready with a bad attitude! There was no other customer behind me, just one person in the other lane who had just ordered. Iâm trying to figure out what the problem was. Be professional & respectful. I understand youâre probably frustrated and donât like your job at McDonaldâs but donât take it out on the customers that come through. You chose to work there and so if youâre not happy, donât take it out on innocent people, move on elsewhere please!

Not one car in line and still have to pull around yo wait wait on a med. frappe ridiculous
Drive thru, over $10 for could and tasteless double cheeseburger with fries and Dr Pepper. The burger was flat, tasteless and a disappointment. Fries were limp and soggy and all good was warm, not hot. Cheese was never melted and I barely could taste the two extremely thin pickles.
