I hate to say it but our McDonald's has really gone downhill. Things are supposed to be a lot faster for some reason I guess now and they're 10 times slower. The food and drinks and everything are usually still pretty good but if you plan on going plan on waiting.

The people working at this McDonald’s are unprofessional. It’s a location where they keep everything behind the counter. Ordered a dine in app order and was given a bag. Hence why I did not realize I didn’t have ketchup nor napkins until I sat down to eat. So I had to get back up, wait in line, and ask. At this point I’m a bit frustrated that my food is getting cold, so I kindly ask “do you guys no longer give napkins and ketchup by default?” The way that associated replied to me seemed like he wanted to take it outside and beat me up for it. Sad place, will never step in here again.

It took 5-10 minutes just to get a Big Mac and it was just sitting there. They just sat there talking and it doing much of anything productive. Going through the parking lot is also a mess. Would not recommend this particular

I've never been inside but have been through the drive thru a million times. I always get good service here and food is always hot/fresh. My only complaint is that the prices are jacked up at this location, I assume due to the location/casino. I pay significantly more here than at ANY other McDonald's in the area.
