Food and service is amazing if “warm” my experiences gambling at hardrock over the years and getting taken care of with McGills. Now this time I finally get a chance to try carvers and as soon as I arrived I’m very well greeted. The host explains there isn’t enough room we’d have to wait til 8:30 I said that’s fine we can just do take out so I go over to the bar area to order. The lady behind the bar ( hair in two buns) was very rude asking me “what do you want dude” right of the bat. I order 80$ worth of food and then asked how long the wait might be and she laughed and said how would I know. I walk off and end up gambling more while waiting and get another 100$ voucher. I go up to the same lady and try to add 2 65$ steaks to my order. Then she replies I’m not sure I can do that. Me being nice because I respect the hardrock just say I don’t mind waiting and I walk off. Finally after waiting forever I find out my 200$ food is just sitting on the counter getting cold when the lady knows I’m sitting there forever waiting. She finally gets the host to grab me and when I pay says have a good one dude again. This is my second review I’ve left in 26 years of life.

Carvers on 19 is located at the Hard Rock Casino , close to Tulsa. The restaurant is located on the top floor, 19. The restaurant is nice, with nice dinnerware and what you would expect for a nice restaurant. There is a full bar and also outdoor sitting to have a cocktail before dinner. They have a large selection of wine with a large wine cooler, and nice cocktails. They have a good variety of Appetizer’s, we had the Wonton Wagyu tacos, They come in threes with kimachi slaw and Chili-Lime Aoli. Also had the lobster tempura with Truffle Aoli. I didn’t really like them, too much batter and not enough lobster. We also shared the steakhouse chop salad which we all shared which was good. Also the caprese salad with balsamic glaze. We shared the 12 oz Filet mignon, with bourbon Demi-glacé, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, , Mac and cheese and sautéed mushroom. They also have a nice selection of bread and dipping sauce.. For dessert we shared the cream brulee and the lime tart and baileys and coffee. The service was good and it didn’t take that long. Definitely recommend for special occasion or just a girls night out.
🌟 Dinner to Remember at Cavers on 19 🌟 Tonight we had the most amazing dinner at Cavers on 19—truly a standout experience in Tulsa! From the moment we sat down, everything was perfect: 🦀 Incredible crab cakes 🥗 Fresh, flavorful salads 🍞 Warm, delicious bread 🍸 Craft cocktails that hit the spot 🥩 Steaks cooked to absolute perfection
They even surprised my husband with a thoughtful birthday treat that made the night extra special 💫 And just when we thought we couldn’t eat another bite, we saw the cheesecake... and had to order it for a late-night treat after hitting the casino 🎰
The views from the 19th floor? Breathtaking. Tulsa lit up beneath us—definitely a don’t-miss spot if you're in town!

Incredible experience here. The food, the appetizers, everything. Our server was attentive and our food was some of the most amazing I’ve ever had. Steak was the best cooked thing we’ve ever enjoyed and my chicken cordon blue was incredible (while a little bit spicy, was perfect). I recommend this place to literally anybody with a little bit of extra money. (Try to avoid the casino unless you REALLY wanna spend some money!)

We loved the fact that everything was fresh and prepared in house. We started with the superb lobster bisque. My wife had the salmon which was prepared perfectly. I had the cacio e pepe which was a bit dry and sticky initially but to my amazement they served me a small pitcher of pasta water alongside. And, it was real pasta water. Dumping that into the bowl rendered it perfectly sloppy, wet and delicious. The two shrimp on top of the cacio e pepe were huge, cooked perfectly and offered up a sweet lobster-like flavor. Not cheap, but truly a wonderful night out.
Carvers on the 19th was poor. Service was terrible, amount of food was not worth the price. We were sat down and 2 other couples that were seated after my wife and I got their food first. After we said something to the manager, all he gave us was a offer to buy desert. McGills was better in my opinion.
Waygu filet is good. Quail wings at the bar are great! All of its great besides the mushrooms.Mushrooms should be cooked almost all the way through before adding butter/salt. I don't like that you serve it in standing liquid it's gross. Multiple visits I love everything else still 5 stars.

A quick romantic dinner with the best staff and awesome service. These guys bent over to accommodate me and my guest who required assistance after the elevators were non accessible at their near closing hour, but graciously permitted us to dine at leisure… the meal, esquisite, the palette cleanser cool and refreshing, the cocktails were very calming… the entre was cook to our needs, presented carefully, and timely between courses. I strongly recommend this eatery of the highest caliber and service… as we conversed the night away the manager politely reminded un that he too, would like to go home… extremely patient as well… note to self: the tab was equally well represented of the excellence of Carvers on 19….
