Incredible experience here. The food, the appetizers, everything. Our server was attentive and our food was some of the most amazing Iāve ever had. Steak was the best cooked thing weāve ever enjoyed and my chicken cordon blue was incredible (while a little bit spicy, was perfect). I recommend this place to literally anybody with a little bit of extra money. (Try to avoid the casino unless you REALLY wanna spend some money!)

Carvers on the 19th was poor. Service was terrible, amount of food was not worth the price. We were sat down and 2 other couples that were seated after my wife and I got their food first. After we said something to the manager, all he gave us was a offer to buy desert. McGills was better in my opinion.

Waygu filet is good. Quail wings at the bar are great! All of its great besides the mushrooms.Mushrooms should be cooked almost all the way through before adding butter/salt. I don't like that you serve it in standing liquid it's gross. Multiple visits I love everything else still 5 stars.

A quick romantic dinner with the best staff and awesome service. These guys bent over to accommodate me and my guest who required assistance after the elevators were non accessible at their near closing hour, but graciously permitted us to dine at leisureā¦ the meal, esquisite, the palette cleanser cool and refreshing, the cocktails were very calmingā¦ the entre was cook to our needs, presented carefully, and timely between courses. I strongly recommend this eatery of the highest caliber and serviceā¦ as we conversed the night away the manager politely reminded un that he too, would like to go homeā¦ extremely patient as wellā¦ note to self: the tab was equally well represented of the excellence of Carvers on 19ā¦.

If you are in the Tulsa area and want to experience some quality fine dining stop in at Carvers on 19. My wife and i celebrated our 23rd anniversary here and our meals where absolutely amazing. This is not a cheap or low end establishment. This is up there in price but the quality the service the atmosphere is 100% on par with this type of fine dining. You will NOT leave hungry, you will leave satisfied relaxed and very happy. 110% recommend!

Our server Tony was phenomenal. He was great at anticipating our needs and extremely personable. It was no surprise to learn he has been serving there for around 15 years. At this price point, we expect the food to be excellent, and it was (specifically the Lobster Tempura), but it takes more than that to stand out. Many places can cook a great steak, but the servers are the face of the business and we couldn't have asked for any better. We are looking forward to our next visit.
