If you are in the Tulsa area and want to experience some quality fine dining stop in at Carvers on 19. My wife and i celebrated our 23rd anniversary here and our meals where absolutely amazing. This is not a cheap or low end establishment. This is up there in price but the quality the service the atmosphere is 100% on par with this type of fine dining. You will NOT leave hungry, you will leave satisfied relaxed and very happy. 110% recommend!

Our server Tony was phenomenal. He was great at anticipating our needs and extremely personable. It was no surprise to learn he has been serving there for around 15 years. At this price point, we expect the food to be excellent, and it was (specifically the Lobster Tempura), but it takes more than that to stand out. Many places can cook a great steak, but the servers are the face of the business and we couldn't have asked for any better. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Service was horrible, they completely bypassed people on drinks and food orders. We had to go to the bar for drinks and track them down to order. On top of that the food was not that good.

My salad was drenched in dressing! It was super soggy. The bread they brought out tasted like nothing. I got the tacos and they were super greasy and presented on a bed of lettuce that made Taco Bell’s seem fresh. The sample dessert was way too sweet. The bite of filet I had wasn’t terrible but I can’t believe people think this place is any good. Oklahomans don’t have taste buds I guess. The service was great, though. Tipped well. I felt bad for our waitress having to serve us that nasty food.

We did not have a reservation. They very graciously provided us a table at the bar within 5 minutes (on a Saturday night, fabulous!). Everything was amazing! Shrimp cocktail, Filet, LobsterMac and Cheese (a must!), and Ashley your martini “Lady Mae” was 🔥! SO DELICIOUS! We will enjoy again soon! Highly recommend!

service was amazing. it was our anniversary and we got apps, lobster, filet, scallops, wine, whiskey, a bit of everything!! again, service hands down amazing but I’m pretty sure there was not a drop of even salt and pepper on our food. very disappointing with a bill over $300 for 2 people and we get more seasoning from a chain restaurant. this is our second time and same experience, wanted to give another shot in case we went on an off night. we won’t make that mistake again

Me and my husband went for our anniversary. From the start it didn't seem very personable at all. We started off with coffee beef with Bruschetta, when the appetizer came out it was 3 small beef pieces, I look at my husband while the Servier was standing there and said Were's the Bruschetta my husband just looked as blank as me. I feel like the Servier should explain the menu at that point or said something to us. Then I ordered a Filet Mignon and Lobster tail, the Servier said the Lobster will be 150.00, I said OK great he then he took my husband's order then he left to place our order came back 5 minutes later and said there is no Lobster, I said just the Filet then. I have been at other upscale restaurants where I feel like the Sevier took good care of use and was personable with us especially if it's your first time there. But for here We didn't have a good experience for our anniversary.
