App is worthless and “customer service” nonexistent. I tried to add the small firecracker shrimp, which was available through the app. It wouldn’t add. I told the cashier when picking up my order, assuming he would make it right. Instead, he told me this is a common problem and he couldn’t do anything for me because I had already paid for the order (keep in mind, this was supposed to be a free add-on).He told me if I had placed the order there, he could have added it for me. So what’s the point of app “rewards” if you can’t actually claim them? Very frustrating.

This Panda express location always has great service and good food and very short waiting times. Great for family sized meals on the go with wonderful service everytime.
No sizes on their ordering. Travel all day and this is supposedly a reasonable choice. Ordered walnut shrimp and the world's smallest container arrived. I had to give up my meal so the others in the party could actually eat. What a f-ing joke this place is. Avoid it like the plague. The food wasn't even good.
