We ordered calzone and some pizzas, I ordered online for pickup and it said it estimated my pickup in 15 min. I called to verify to see if they would be done by then. They said yep they will be :-) we got there and it was all ready to go, very nice inside, they have drive thru as well. Ladies at the counter were very kind.. We live on the line of Verdigris and Claremore, we are excited to have them in Catoosa :-) pizza and calzone were very good!
I went here few weeks ago had bad service, gave them another chance tonight, ordered online waited and waited for food. Manager was super kind, however the other employees not so much. Very disappointed ☹️
So cool fact about the Catoosa simple simons. When you order online on simple simons site…they don’t have drivers. They outsource to DoorDash but then you wait an hour for your food. 1st message said I’d be getting my order at my door at 6:15 but the tracker kept changing the time, it’s now 7pm. My food sat ready for almost an hour and a driver hadn’t even made it to catoosa yet. If you’re gonna offer door dash then do it but if you don’t have drivers don’t offer...read full review
