Lived in this town since 1972. This Sonic should close. A same, bad Manager for more than 20 years. Nothing improves. Gave it a new try tonight.. Terrible mistake. “Food” tastes like dog food smells. Utter crap. Sick, just thinking about it. Never going back. Praying they will close, to free up the land for something better. Still recovering after 4 hours.

By far the worst Sonic on the planet and I should know my family have been Owner Ops of Sonic chains in Georgia since I could remember. The food here is always old, it takes them upwards of 20 minutes sometimes to answer the call button or drive thru if they even answer. You will be lucky if your order is correct. GMs should step in at this Sonic asap

Terrible. No cheese for the pretzels, two chocolate chunk brownie blasters just had some chocolate chunks on top of vanilla ice cream nothing else, and something was ABSOLUTELY ROTTEN in the strawberry cheese cake shake!!

I’m a local, and most of the time this location does a decent job. But there’s always that one time I just want a burger without cheese at a not busy time…and it takes them about 20 minutes to make a burger..in the drivethru lane. Then it comes out with cheese. They constantly mess up little details on my orders. Also not super nice people here, they can really have a stick up their butt sometimes. But overall it’s not that bad.

Literally asked for a coke zero and a plain ice cream sundae in the app. It took them 30 minutes to bring it out after the check ETA was less than 5 min, he forgot the spoon, and it was clear my ice cream had been ready for 30 min it was entirely melted. I was late getting back to work because of this. This place has gone entirely down hill I have had multiple experiences like this in the past few months I will no longer be using the Catoosa location. From long wait times to undercooked food....Yikes is all I can say!

We ordered at drive-through. They did not put bacon on our breakfast burrito as we ordered and paid. Good on us that we checked our orders b4 leaving. They did refund our money.

This was my last visit Catoosa Sonic! We ordered a foot long coney and a smasher burger. We got home ready to eat. I took one bite of the burger and that was it. I look down and I see a long white hair sticking out of the middle of my burger. That is so disgusting! My husband's coney was cold and had to be heated in the microwave. We will not be eating at this Sonic location again!

First off I was in a stall & he says, “your in the drive thru, right?” First sounds from speaker…I knew then I picked the wrong Sonic. People came & went in the stalls around me before Kaden came to my window & practically threw the bag in my car window & was spun on his heels before I could even say Ty. Wish I’d had cash to pay rather than tipping on my card before the 16min wait @ 8:30pm
