Daisy was an absolute delight! She made this the best experience I’ve ever had at Subway in my entire life. She was slammed but she still smiled and gave amazing customer service. Went to get dinner for me and my fiancé, young man behind the counter was upset about something from the get go, was throwing stuff aggressively, slamming doors. Muttering under his breath. Genuinely was just pissed off for having to do his job it seemed. I highly encourage the manager of this store to review cameras around 4-7 pm to watch this employee have a meltdown, I can say with the utmost confidence that I will not be eating subway again and I will take my business (and suggest others do aswell) down the road to firehouse. Atleast their employees don’t throw fits about having to do their job. Guy was so mad. (didn’t even make the food correctly).

He kept muttering and slamming stuff down and when my order was done he forgot the cookies and I told him. He said "sure" I suggest y'all watch the cameras this is the last time I will be ordering from here. Firehouse subs is way better anyways

First time ive actually gotten my sandwich toasted and got it HOT. ?? IDK how he did it, but our sandwiches were GREAT! THANK YOU, GUY, with the diamond tattoos working at rush hour all by yourself! YOU DID GREAT!

They were clean, nice, asked every questions needed, bread was fresh tasting, meat was on point, they toasted it perfectly and it was out together very well. My experience in this store today has made my day and I would love to come back here again. (I didn't even make a face from my jalapeños feeling a little weird lol)

Horrible we got there about 7:30pm and they close at 10pm and had about half the stuff to make any of the sandwiches! No steak, no onions like half of their sandwiches are made with steak! The guy didn't ask if we wanted a 6 or 12 inch and then spoke underneath his breath to were we could barley hear him. While making my husband's sandwich he then decided to vape while making it! I'm disgusted that he had the audacity to vape while making SOMEONE else's food and think no one would notice or care! Lazy, disgusting, and rude will not be going back while he works!!!

I have never had an experience like this before. I always want to give a lot of grace to fast food workers because I’ve been there, but someone is going to get sick. The girls kept taking their hats off. A guy employee was vaping inside the restaurant over the food. One random girl in pajamas walked in off the street and started making herself a sandwich without washing her hands or pulling back her hair. I watched her wipe her nose and put her hands back in the food. I’m not typically one to complain but that is seriously bad and cannot happen in a restaurant serving the public. Dangerous and irresponsible—ESPECIALLY for a restaurant serving ready to eat foods.
