it’s nobody’s fault you’re miserable bc you work at subway everyday. the pasty girl with the black hair who works here every day has a TERRIBLE attitude. made my sandwich wrong, then double toasted it. then questioned ME on why i had an attitude.
Got a number 18 made how it is suggested, plus add onions and pickles. Get all the way back to work, they made it with only add onions and pickles. I tried calling that day and the phone just kept ringing. I called a few more times on other days to no avail. Tried contacting 4 days after that and finally got a hold of someone. They said that there was no way that they missed a phone call because they always answer the phone, essentially calling me a liar. Because I didn't have the food, they refused to do anything about it even though I had a receipt and a picture of the sandwich untouched, that was made incorrectly.
I guess I won't give my business to them anymore. Problem solved.
I don't normally put out reviews like this but after what I just experienced today I felt like I needed too. So I went in this subway next to Philips 66 and walked in and didn't see no one for like 5 mins and finally one female walked out front and her attitude was okay but was kinda slow when it came to me ordering and making the sandwich, then this other female walked out from the back and was also slow as heck and looked like she was smoking something because I can tell weather or not someones been smoking by the way they look and how weird they acted like this other female that walked out from the back! And first sandwich I ordered was 6 inch tuna and second sandwich was ft long chicken.. so I had to literally repeat my self 5 times to both of them especially the second girl that walked from the back and then she tries using ft long bread for tuna and I repeated myself for 10th time that the tuna sandwich is supposed to be the 6 inch and chicken sandwich is the ft long one then she said okay I'm sorry... So then instead of making the chicken the ft long she decides to make it 6 inch as well and finally I said screw it just give the 6 inch chicken because I wasn't that hungry anyways but other 6 inch tuna was for my dad and I could not get that wrong.... Yeah I won't be getting anymore orders from this location after today.. they're attitudes was fine but they're performance, not so good👎🙄

nothing wrong with the food but the workers have the most hateful attitude I've ever seen I simply called up to speak to someone bout how much the BLT sandwich would be to get delivered to my residence, in was screamed at in called every name in the book .. I will take my business elsewhere , I don't need that abuse..I can get my sandwich elsewhere .catoosa port subway y'all slippin b

This place is by far hands-down the best Subway in all the land. And if you can't take my word for it mosey on down it gets you a BLT

Staff much friendlier today they made a good sandwich.
Ordered 5 subs for us at work, and everyone of the subs were made wrong. Called restaurant and talked to assistant manager and customer service sucked. She didn't care that subs were wrong. Argued with us when trying to have things made right. Will never order from this subway again. Wouldn't even give them a star if they hadn't made me.
This location has all amazing employees that treat every customer with dignity and respect. Great sandwich artists that serve you with a smile. Come here and see for yourself!
Fresh. Employees tend to call in sick alot leaving one reliable employee to run everything. Slow due to under staffing kitchen/improper hiring.
