I ordered from the Taco Bell app while sitting in the lobby at the 71st Street location, but the app placed my order at the Catoosa Taco Bell — 15 miles away!

When I asked for help:

The 71st Street Taco Bell refused to make my order.

The Catoosa Taco Bell refused to cancel it.

Neither location would issue me a refund.

So I was left paying for food I never received. That is completely unacceptable.

The app is unreliable, the customer service was awful, and the refusal to resolve a clear mistake shows zero respect for customers.

🚫 I will NEVER eat at Taco Bell again.

Came through the drive thru and the lady that took my order and my payment was very rushing..I didn’t sit longer than 2 mins at the intercom. She had 2 lip piercings on the bottom and was very rude.

This is the Taco Bell I use the most. Then get my meal right a good portion of the time. Sometimes I do screw up. The food always tastes great even if it isn't something I ordered. My only complaint with them is that they mess up the order sometimes.

Driving through on a road trip and stopped to have lunch. Both my orders came out as standard rather than customized like I had ordered. Everything I asked to exclude was still on there and all the extras were missing. Sauces I didn’t want and missing extra chicken. I then proceeded to watch people wait so long they started asking for refunds and others having to ask multiple times for their food. Employees looked like they had no idea what was going on. The drive thru got priority despite the cafe being full.
My “to go” order came and I was planning to eat it in the car but the bag was covered in quac and when I pulled the bowl out it was covered in beans. I sat in the cafe to eat so I didn’t get it all over my car, surrounded by angry customers.

Use caution if you’re in a hurry.

Their tacos and chips are almost always stale and if you put in any customizations they intentionally mess it up would not recommend. (Update they left several items out of our recent order)

Literally the worst, they’ve messed up so many of my orders that uber will no longer give me refunds and the store won’t stop doing it. I can’t drive so calling the store does me no good. They need to hire some real adults to manage the store instead of all those kids that don’t give a damn

THE WORST TACO BELL
Don't expect to get your money's worth here even if its cheap food because they ALWAYS mess up your order, AND/OR there's gonna be something missing. Without doubt. It's mainly the night shift. Sad that there are this many reviews, many of them similar to mine, and management hasn't bothered to do anything about it. Like...your rated a 3.6 ..... that's insane. I assume management is part of the problem.
