It's a Taco Bell off the turnpike next to a casino and two hotels. What do you expect? 4 stars is the most I'd give fast food since it's still, technically, food.
Service was good on this day, but when I went in a couple of weeks ago, they completely ignored the counter and only focused on the drive-thru; not cool.

The service was great. The tacos were lacking substance. Very little meat, lettuce, or cheese. All shell. Very disappointing.
Parking: Plenty of parking. Private lot with the restaurant.
