Came through the drive thru and the lady that took my order and my payment was very rushing..I didn’t sit longer than 2 mins at the intercom. She had 2 lip piercings on the bottom and was very rude.
This is the Taco Bell I use the most. Then get my meal right a good portion of the time. Sometimes I do screw up. The food always tastes great even if it isn't something I ordered. My only complaint with them is that they mess up the order sometimes.
Driving through on a road trip and stopped to have lunch. Both my orders came out as standard rather than customized like I had ordered. Everything I asked to exclude was still on there and all the extras were missing. Sauces I didn’t want and missing extra chicken. I then proceeded to watch people wait so long they started asking for refunds and others having to ask multiple times for their food. Employees looked like they had no idea what was going on. The drive thru got priority...
