The service sucks through the drive-through. The little boy told me today who did not get my order right to start with which I had to repeat three times then I pull around to get my order and pay and he takes my money very rudely no thank you and was upset when I told him the order was wrong. I had ordered a bowl of chili and he wanted to give me chili sauce then he told me that was only common sense. Oh my God I went through the roof at that point I drove off from the window, and I am going to make sure that the headquarters gets to know what kind of people that are working that window I’ve never had a problem There before the food is good, but no young kid is gonna talk to me like that people need to teach their kids how to treat older people any customer this boy is not ready to be working. He has a lot to learn. I will not go back as long as he’s working there!

The food was good but the Pico de gallo was missing flavors and I asked for salt package and they told me they did not have any then the ac came on it it was NOISY!!! please get this fixed up

Go here regularly, we prefer this bueno location to others. Always get special order no tomatos or no cheese depending on who we are buying for and they always deliver correctly. Friendly staff

We had a few mistakes with our food, and the staff gave us an attitude over it instead of just fixing the problem. Service was abysmal, food was too mid to justify all that.

Guy that works the window most of the time has an attitude problem. Do not get a drink from here…the inside of their cups are dirty. Save your money & go somewhere you’re more appreciated and cleaner!

The manager lundel should never be in the customer service industry. He doesn't know what service even is. Made our order at the box like normal, he repeated it and then gave me a dollar amount. I thought we was good. About 15 minutes to get around to the window and he looked confused and didn't know what we ordered so i repeated it. He then said I never ordered at the box and had to go around and order again since they don't allow orders at the window. He was very rude and unapologetic and wasn't even trying to correct the situation. I had already used up too much time off my lunch break waiting and didn't have the time to go back around and wait again. Very disappointed in the management and lack of customer service. He told me his name was lundel so I'm going by that.

I went through the drive through and ordered 2 bean burritos, not the party burritos. This is what I got. I'm not sure if you ran out of beans or what the reason this as small as it is. So disappointed that you would actually think this is okay to serve to someone.

Unfortunately, it took forever to get through the drive-thru. My wife states it's like that all the time. Once we got thru, we stopped to check our order. We had been given the wrong change, and 2 of the bills were torn in two. We also were given the wrong order. This usually doesn't happen to us, so it must have been our day. My wife went in, and it then took a looong time for someone to come to the counter to assist her. Once she was being assisted, they were helpful and polite. I question the leadership of the store. Food was good though.

2nd time I’ve been to this location. Seems understaffed. One person working the drive thru and front counter. Lots of waiting and saw several people leave after waiting so long just order.

The manager at this location has zero customer service skills and needs to be retrained in managerial skills. I had a small complaint that he escalated unnecessary. I will be looking into a formal complaint
