Came through the drive-thru at 12:45 pm, ordered, got to the window to pay, and the big older guy with glasses (mentioned in at least 3 other reviews that I read) wouldn't take my money. He said if he gave me change it would clear him out. At lunch time, he couldn't make $35 in change. He said well people just don't use cash anymore. He was canceling my order before I even decided whether I wanted to give him my card. So needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.

I truly loved our dinner there last night was our first time in and the customer service there was phenomenal londell thank you so very much for keeping such a tidy place and yes we agree with him clean up after your self these people have better things to to then pick up after you it's just rude to leave a huge mess behind love your signs people should act better than that

Catoosa Bueno used to be GREAT, but this last month everything has went WAY WORSE, the last 2 times I've went they forgot something in my order, last time was 2 beef potatoe burritos, & 2 bean burritos, Idk what happened,

This place has gone through several managers or something. It has changed quite a bit over the past few years. This particular time, you could tell they were very short staffed. The ladies in the back were friendly but the gentleman working the drive-thru as well as the counter up front, you could tell that he was having a difficult day. My guess would be because he was short staffed. All in all, food is always great at Taco Bueno.

Had a very rude guy take our orders said we order it wrong as we were ordering Then the next handle full of customers we’re ordering and he was at the register arguing with with them telling the customer he did not order that and you should have said this when ordering he did this with 5 other customers Will not be back the guy after taking the order then started to sweep tables making it very awkward as he was sweeping he was talking to the people In The back very loudly

Listen Taco Bueno..y’all have to be able to find someone to work the drive thru other than Londell. Big dude with the glasses. He has zero customer service skills, talks at the speaker like it’s an inconvenience that you’re there, doesn’t take your order correctly, and is beyond rude when you’re at the window. No “here you are, have a good day, thank you, or you’re welcome.” And he gives you 5-7 salsas with your order regardless if you ask for it or not. Other than that the food is actually decent.

I had gotten a tamale platter from there and they short me my taco and my enchilada and went to them about it a few days later I was telling them about it and the owner was so disrespectful and rude if I could I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THIS A 0 STAR ALSO GET A PHONE
Food was ice cold ask politely if they could remake it and they told me no bc they were about to close. Plus didn't even get my money back. The GM was even rude as heck to! Will never be back bc of this.

Stopped by on Tuesday 28 October during the day and had the worst experience. The guy working the drive thru was so rude. My order was also wrong. My tacos were wrong and my cheesecake bites were missing the raspberry sauce instead I was given extra taco sauce that was probably mistaken for raspberry sauce.
