Great place to eat. Very clean enviroment and they have awesome people who work there. After having a hard time finding some good food, I went there Saturday afternoon and got to sit outside. Deciding the menu was anything but easy however. If you take part in Byzantine lent, you would know it's hard to find places to eat and items on any menu since you basically become vegan till easter lol. The server i had was patient and kind enough to explain me the menu and what options i could get to compensate that, despite how busy it was. I came back later that night to hang out at the bar for some coffee. The bartender i had was rushing and taking a lot of orders and still managed to be courteous to everyone which impressed me. I used to be a busser and i know how stressful the job can get for servers, bartenders or food runners. They work hard and we need to appreciate them. Thanks LODGE Eatery and Pub for the amazing service!

Meah.. everything was fine - I just wish they had more options. Not sure if this is normal for the area but it’s a bit lacking compared to other casino towns.

I've been to buffets at a number of states and all over the UK and this was one that will stick in my mind for the $15.95 that I paid it was well worth it the food was tasteful and displayed well. I went at opening lunchtime and didn't need to eat again until the evening.

Everything on my plate was cold. I asked to speak to the manager. She acted like she could care less. She was very rude. Turns out another customer and I complained at the very same time, and she just walked off. We spent a stupid amount of money on an inedible food, I couldn’t be more disappointed!!!!

Food is lukewarm, generic flavored, and not worth anywhere near the $30 per person price tag.Service and atmosphere is almost as good as it used to be at any Luby's cafeteria.I don't know what they are thinking by overcharging this much for a mediocre experience at best. My guess is that most of their buffet customers are loyalty card rewards members with a substantial discount or free coupon. There is no chance we will ever pay for that again.

Used to stop by often when it was an actual buffet. The reimagining to serving the food from behind glass the last few years kind of ruined it overall. The food quality and selections don’t seem as good either. I haven’t been back that often since. Most of the state casinos changed to this and they really need to go back to old buffet in my opinion. I’m sure customer numbers are down and a lot of the reviews are disappointing.

This food is just simply awful.. this is the high end buffet at a casino. Good thing the ice cream and desserts were good and the service. The buffet area was also clean. We left there hungry and went to a place across the street from hotel to eat..

It was too loud. We couldn’t talk to each other. I couldn’t even hear what he was singing, it was distorted and again, loud. We specifically chose to stay night so we could go to the pub. BIG mistake. He would have sounded great if he would have taken the volume down a few notches. My husbands cousin was going to come see us as well. We told him not to bother we were leaving. We also saw another couple at the BBQ place down the way who said they left for the same reason. It wasn’t get up and dance music… I am clueless on why it needed to be so loud.

Was here about a month ago, and it was great. Manager and staff were excellent. Last time we were there right before closing and the staff was very attentive. Friendly manager. Wow!! What a change in a month. The server never cleaned the table. Didn’t bother giving us new silverware. My wife had to tell her to clean up. We were the only non whites in the whole restaurant. I might add. How convenient.Why is there so much clean up??? Well I take a small portion to try instead of a whole plateful. Let me digress. Caesar salad… listen if you decide to have everything premade like the salad dressing, at least, I mean… have some canned anchovies.., yes canned.. it’s about $2.00 a can and I am sure you guys can get it cheaper… no anchovies… frozen pre made hush puppies and coconut shrimp … come one …. Shrimp at the bar…frozen old and over cooked and difficult to peel… definitely not crisp … egg rolls…. Put some meat inside instead of all dough … Asian food … get an Asian person to consult your recipes.. tell your line cooks … to fill the baskets with the correct hush puppies .., get a good brand that’s not so dry. Get a better brand of less breaded coconut shrimp.I tried some nachos with cheese and beefEven hominyThe bread…. For crying out loud can you have some fresh baked rolls…They were package bagged dinner rolls from Costco.I tried a little of everything and that’s why I had so much uneaten food.The desserts were good. Good cheesecake.And great ice creamThe prime rib is pretty good but not as good as before … note to the chef… it needs a lot more saltI did notice a manager watching the line of people getting prime rib about 5 deep. The main cook was grilling a steak for a patron and as people were waiting the lady manager just stood there not cutting prime rib for the other customers. That just tells you the managers do not care about customer service. She was just enjoying the cook get back up. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. For $13.99 on a weekend, this is an amazing value and great food. They have a variety of Asian, American, Mexian and dessert and much better than a typical budget buffet.
