I arrived when it was closed for regular customers and it was working just for vehicles. I tried to buy a dinner and the lady said I needed a big truck to order. So I walked to my hotel with empty hands (just crossing the street). I will never go to Wendy’s again. Thank you for nothing.

I ordered a 50-piece nugget through doordash. Some of the Nuggets were fused together and were basically raw inside when pulled apart.
I also believe I was a victim of food poisoning, because as I type this I am still recovering from a random bad cold and terrible diarrhea. I felt perfectly fine before I went here.
The burger patties were so thin, do not fall for the doordash buy one get one free gimmick. It was so thin that I couldn't even enjoy it, I ended up throwing them both away. The overpriced fries were trash... looked and tasted like they were fried in old grease.

Their dinning hours were closed but drive through was still open. Was on foot and walked up to the drive through wondow to see if I can just order from there. Was told no through the window while every employee was standing around doing nothing.

I give three stars due to how rude the guy was taking orders. A man walked in to order and the worker was on his phone the entire time. That’s absolutely RUDE! Hire people who have respect for others.

The manager that worked there last night was awesome the way he interacted with my grandchildren.
They don't have any toppings on their burgers. I will go to any other bugar place for now on so I can have more than a 1mm slice of tomato and onion. An only one 2inch by 1 inch piece of lettuce. Worst burger ever.

We go here a lot and I’m finally writing a review. This time the window staffer forgot our nuggets, had to ask for them, then no straw, so asked for that. No apology or have a good day or really anything even when I said thank you. This happens 90% of the time. The window staffer is uninterested and sometimes rude. Drive thru is sometimes rude sometimes pretty nice. So we got home and no dressing or nuts for the pecan apple salad and no napkins. It’s too bad because the McDonalds and Taco Bell in the area have great customer service.

If i can give zero star i would, I've been trying to get some food for the passed 2 nights for my girlfriend and we both get out of work 11:30 get to wendys around 11:45. We get to order our food, then we pull up to the window, the cashier tells us that the internet is down that they are only taking cash. If that was the case why not tell us as we're at the speaker. We're really busy people barely make time to eat with the last 15 minutes of their shift they might as well be closed. Waited 9 hours to get something to eat to be denied using my card smh....

Spoken to rudely at the drive thru, food was tossed thru my car window into my lap, my payment card was drop my employee, I had to fish it off the ground to later realize once at the office what I was charged extra for an add-on was not added on my food. Thanks for a horrible experience and ruining my morning.
