I enjoy dining here. The food is always good. I like looking at all the antique decor but it does look run down lately. Could use a good cleaning, fresh paint. The booth we sat at had a framed certificate on the wall but it looked as though it had liquid poured in it & ruined it. So take that kind of stuff down! It makes the place look dirtier. Also could use new menus. It was difficult to read as they had gotten moisture under the plastic coating.

Fantastic pork tenderloin sandwich! Fantastic service and unique ambience. Will definitely be back.
Fish basket and burger with fries. Food was good but the service was slow with only a couple of other tables being occupied. What dropped the rating was our credit card was charged over $1800.00 when the bill was less than $20. Mistakes happen but that was an expensive one.
Mistake was caught by me, the customer, and the meal was free only after we commented that it should be.

Stopped in to visit friends an we ended up here. Definitely a great place to eat! Down home cooking, the green beans were fab, the catfish was good, first time eating it. The fried dill pickles were excellent, head a little kick. Nobody had complaints we had the The rancher burger, nacho grande, chicken fried steak, chunk chicken n fries, catfish an mashed potatoes. Was friendly on the pocket book as well. The service was excellent friendly people. The restaurant is in an old block service station/ garage building. Totally cool an nostalgic. Definitely will stop back in!! The atmosphere was laid back an pleasant. A really great place to catch up with our friends.
