I enjoy dining here. The food is always good. I like looking at all the antique decor but it does look run down lately. Could use a good cleaning, fresh paint. The booth we sat at had a framed certificate on the wall but it looked as though it had liquid poured in it & ruined it. So take that kind of stuff down! It makes the place look dirtier. Also could use new menus. It was difficult to read as they had gotten moisture under the plastic coating.
Stopped in to visit friends an we ended up here. Definitely a great place to eat! Down home cooking, the green beans were fab, the catfish was good, first time eating it. The fried dill pickles were excellent, head a little kick. Nobody had complaints we had the The rancher burger, nacho grande, chicken fried steak, chunk chicken n fries, catfish an mashed potatoes. Amazing food and service. Laura (purple hair waitress) was amazing and super nice. Food was piping hot and delicious. I got the burger and it was the best I've had in a long time. Thanks Laura and we will be back next time we're in town!
