I travel with my service dog Kate. Although I think if Kate wasn't with me I would have loved this place but, she was. The owner, despite his word, didn't want Kate to come in. Picking up on his reluctance I took her out to the van. My food was great but I ordered 6 raw eggs for Kate's dinner. They brought them out in shell and notioned that I should leave so I did. Strange experience for us, I'm still not sure why the owner was defensive about us .....

Horrible service. We walked in and sat down. The waitress never acknowledged us and there was 3 other tables that came in after us and waitress was serving them menus and drinks. We was there for 20 minutes and not any kind of acknowledgment so we left.

Had a tasty lunch at 69 Diner today. Met Georgia, the new owner. She's so personable and made it a great dining experience. Enjoyed looking at the art on the wall from the Checotah Art Guild. So glad they're back open all day, all week. We will definitely be going back!!!

The waitresses in this place are amazing and friendly and this is the only reason I gave it 3 stars. My wife’s fish and green beans are the only thing that came hot. My cheeseburger and both our fries came room temperature. Her green beans were easily the worst tasting green beans we have ever had. We waited 45min for our disappointing food. This was our 2nd attempt eating here hoping it had gotten better. We will never go back again.

Just happened to find the 1872 Chophouse in Chicotah, OK on our road trip back to Texas. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re anywhere close. The food was fantastic! Best chicken fried chicken I’ve had in years! The staff were all friendly and very attentive. The manager/owner stopped by to check on us a couple of times as well. Great service and delicious, cooked to order food! You won’t be disappointed!!
Today was Angelina’s first day and she did such a great job!!! Very attentive and great attitude!! Best of luck Angelina!!!!

Mmmmmmmmm.....had a kick-a-s-s bbq beef sammich(lol) with the wife, we split a plate....it was just perfect for us....decent regular portions, not too overpriced bearing, and good prices. I wish this place had started staying later lonely before now, but im glad to see it opened later. WILL definitely be back!!!

Service is great everybody's super friendly The food is just okay however I mean if you're okay with frozen food it's decent for frozen food but the chicken fried steak was frozen okra was frozen shrimp is frozen even though the menu said it was lightly dusted certainly not We stopped in and we realized it was no longer the 69 diner in hopes that there was some changes made because we want big fans of the 69 Diners frozen food either but they have the same menu same food so if you're okay with frozen food it's great but if you don't like frozen food and you want your chicken fried steak fresh and breaded things like that there are several much better restaurants in town so sad we were excited... it's just not the country cooking We are hoping for 🤔
