The pizza was SO good!! Everything was cooked just right and all of my co workers really enjoyed it. The chicken bacon ranch was 1 of our favorites for sure. Next time I’m in Checotah I’m DEF trying the lasagna!!

We are so very impressed by the pride of ownership and exceptional operation skills evident when we’ve eaten here. Great atmosphere and solid pizza offerings, the owners clearly take pride in customer experience, cleanliness and food quality, even stopped by the tables to visit with random diners like us.

We’ve visited at both lunch and dinner hours and loved it. Lunch buffets are really hard to pull off well for any restaurant and Gambino’s Checotah makes it look easy!! Hot, fresh pizzas, cheese sticks and salad were spot on and resupplied constantly.

If flavor had a royalty system, Gambino’s Pizza would be sitting on the throne wearing a crown of melted cheese and pepperoni jewels. This isn’t just pizza — it’s a whole spiritual experience. The crust? Perfectly crispy with just the right amount of soft, doughy comfort. The sauce? Bold, tangy, and clearly crafted by someone who knows their way around a spice rack. The cheese? A glorious, melty masterpiece that could probably solve world peace if given the chance. But let’s talk about the REAL secret ingredient: the owners. These folks aren’t just running a pizza place — they’re building a community. They’re the kind of amazing humans who go above and beyond to make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. The kind who remember your order, ask how your day was, and make you feel like you’ve known them forever. Their kindness is baked right into every single slice. Every visit feels like coming home, and every bite tastes like someone actually cared. 🥇 Elite. Legendary. Heartwarming. Unmatched. Gambino’s isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a whole vibe, a whole family, a whole experience.

Absolutely fantastic local pizza spot! The food is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Their crust is the perfect mix of soft and crispy, the toppings are generous, and everything tastes like it was made with real care. You can tell this place takes pride in what they serve. The staff is friendly, hardworking, and always makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. It’s the kind of hometown pizza joint that remembers faces, appreciates their customers, and treats you like more than just an order number. We love supporting locally owned businesses, and this one is truly a gem. If you haven’t tried them yet, you’re missing out on some of the best pizza around!

Such a wonderful lunch experience! Our group came in after a Color Guard competition. Food was fresh and hot, the girl was so friendly, and even asked for recommendations for the buffet. If we lived here, we'd be here every week. Thanks for a great experience.

We have tried several times to give the restaurant a chance on the Wednesday night buffet. Tried again tonite and still no better. Salad bar was great finally put out a couple pizzas after we finished the salad. Did not put out any cheese sticks or dessert pizza. If I’m going to pay $33 for two adults and a small child I expect more than three pizzas put out. Won’t try again !!

Gambino's Pizza in Checotah, Oklahoma, is an unassuming spot on a quiet street. For years, it has been a fixture in this town, with its striped awnings and glowing sign lighting up the night. It's a place that holds memories an comfort. A reminder that in small towns like Checotah, some things stay steady even as the world outside keeps changing.

I walked in and was greeted and waited on. The place smelled like old dirty mop water and pizza we ordered a medium cheese pizza extra cheese and half the pizza was browner than he likes and there wasn't extra cheese I tried to give a piece to my dog and she eats everything she wouldn't eat it. Won't be going back there
