Came in last night and I used the buy one get one any sandwich coupon on the receipts and the lady at the Exact time of 8:34PM CT was the absolute best Lady she was Kind polite and Knowledgeable Normally I have to try and experience it to them for 10 mins because they think I want to reorder what's on the receipt but I don't I just wanna use the coupon on it 😭 Usually it's a mess but this lady knew exactly what she was doing she took the receipt and asked me what I wanted and I told her one time and she got it correct without asking me again she red it off to me one time at the end and she got it completely correct I was very surprised because a few months I had problems out of a VERY RUDE women but this lady is the NICEST lady I have EVER encountered with here.

I went through the drive-thru today at 11:00 am. There was only one car in front of me who got their stuff first then left. As I pulled up to get my food they were confused about what I ordered which wasn't hard. A 10 piece nugget meal with a Dr. Pepper and a quarter pounder meal with a Sprite. The male working the second window was rude & off putting. I understand it's McDonald's but have some pride in yourself when working. Customer service & good hygiene are a must. The only thing consistent about this place is that it's consistently slow as hell, consistently getting orders wrong, and it has consistently rude staff. This is easily the worst McDonalds I have ever been to.
