Food was good. Salad bar could have been fresher. They needed fresh lettuce ( more of it also) & new cucumbers. Service took a little while.I think they had a lot of online orders last night. They were making alot of pizzas. Atmosphere was alright. Dining room could have been brighter. Bathroom could have been updated .

Waited on hold for 12 minutes before I started driving. I arrived at the restaurant with a total hold time of about 25 minutes. I told the lady I had been on hold for 25 minutes before she said it’s not been that long. I showed her my phone.
When I arrived they were all busy working but definitely weren’t paying attention to the callers.
I placed my order for done in at 425 and asked that it be ready no earlier than 5 as we had people coming at 5. The first of 5 pizzas were delivered at 5:10. Close enough.
Food quality was good. The staff was friendly.

Hands down the dirtiest place I've ever been inside to eat at😵💫🤮 Salad bar was a joke with salt and pepper packets as a topping. No onion no bacon no crackers. The cook was making pizzas going out back door and making food all while wearing the same gloves. I guess her hands were clean but her gloves were not since never changed during all this. I boxed up my order to go paid and left then tossed in trash at truck stop. Didn't feel like getting more aggravated before getting back on the highway 😒 but I would never stop there again. There was more food options in my booth than on the salad bar. Breadsticks flat boneless wings very little sauce...

Just want to say how proud I am of our little hometown Pizza Hut. They've been through alot I bet over the years. If you EVER have an issue with your food here , please always let them know because they care and will resolve it. They obviously like to keep their customers. This is refreshing in a world that constantly sends our calls to a out of state call center or to an app on your phone....ugh.... Thank you Checotah Pizza Hut for giving me a good outlook on customer service again...

It’s terrible than a town full of people needing jobs. A local business does not hire delivery driver until the evening time counting on DoorDash before then to save money as a store that’s ridiculous. If you read this review, I Would like you to know the store inside and the staff inside are good people. Whoever is the hiring manager or general manager should seriously consider hiring a daytime delivery driver, elderly people cannot use DoorDash most of them do not know how also it includes disabled people.
Went there today and could see the guy making the pizza. He didn't have a hair net or gloves on and was touching all the toppings on the pizza, we didn't even order, that's really not good for business,

This is easily the cleanest, nicest Pizza Hut that I have been to in at least 20 years. Maybe ever. More generous with toppings than any other location as well. This is obviously a location, staff, and owner that take great pride in what they do.
