Absolutely HORRENDOUS TREATMENT over completely inaccurate order, which required days of messages, after the phone line was working again, only to be told I had to come pick up my refund, then refused it, when I arrived & told to talk to owner, who also took days to get a hold of, who said she wasn't giving me a refund, "because she said so & I could complain to corporate." Still haven't heard back from corporate.

My food was laced with fentanyl and I had the worse experience of my life for the next 4 days! I have never felt such intense stomach pain in my life! I will never forget my experience because I think it was the last experience I had before I died! One of a kind experience!

Bell peppers are so big on the pizza I asked could we have them smaller they said no that is the way their cutter is. The same people that own this one own the Okema one. And Okemos is the best simple simon's I have ever been to. I just don't understand why this one is so awful. Pizza isn't cooked all the way.
