I have had several issues at this sonic. Today I thought how can they mess up a drink. Large Sprite Zero, extra ice, strawberry, vanilla & crèam. Got my drink and no strawberry.

Was in stall 5 pushed the button 2 more vehicles pulled after I pushed red button and got they orders in immediately while I had to move to another stall poor management if it even exist at this location . Plus wasted half of my lunch time

We sat in the space ordered from app. Checked in immediately. Spent $41. Waited 20 minutes for our food to come out. No slush available, no pickle boba they are advertising on all the screens that you pay more for, no footlong, no chili dog, forgot tator tots and my husbands drink was wrong! Carhop said they were out of Chili! lol we asked for a refund of hotdogs! Mind you we had already been waiting 25 minutes. Car hop never comes back?! Tried calling multiple times, line is busy! Eventually go and open door to ask for manager. She is busy in the back. Eventually she comes out and wants to make us something else in place of hotdogs. I said we didn’t get 1/2 our food, we have been her going on 40 minutes. Please just give us a refund. She say “have you touched any of the food!” Umm yes we have! She wanted me to go out to my car and bring it back in. Lol I said “just refund for everything we didn’t get! Please we just want to leave.” She did finally give us a full refund. But after standing in there for 10 minutes I wouldn’t have eaten anything that came out of that filthy kitchen. I will say, all the other employees and car hops were kind and apologetic. Health dept needs to check this place! 🤢

This is the best Sonic I've been to in years! It was busy busy, and everyone was fast, had a good attitude. The food was cooked well, and was hot and fresh. I envy the locals.

I’ve tried this sonic several times, and without a doubt it is still the worst one I’ve ever been to. I really don’t know how it’s still open. The people we get are always rude and never help with any issues we have. Either the food is somewhat right or the drinks are somewhat right for our order, but never is everything correct or even good quality. I mean, today I didn’t get any of the extra toppings placed, none of the sauces, and bought them extra in the app, and we didn’t get the drinks we ordered (they were literally random flavors), and when asked about the drinks they said they didn’t have what we ordered and they wouldn’t refund anything because we’re still getting our order (little did we know we didn’t even get stuff we paid for so they were lying). I’ll never recommend this place, and I say this being someone who doesn’t like giving bad reviews. I love giving nice reviews but this was literally so bad it’s one of my very first 1 star reviews.

We came here last night and had the worst experience ever with them I placed a order in the app and I got 2 bacon toasters and pickle seasoned fries first the fries was very burnt and blackish refried way to much seasoning and it made both me and my dad sick and the toasters had one piece of bacon and burnt toast and not even Texas toast regular white bread tried calling back last night and no one answered so I called this morning and after 2 2-⅕ minutes they picked it up and hung it right back right up the girl Was nice tho
Worst Sonic i have ever been to, EVER! The food was horrible and took over 45 minutes to receive our food, and the tater tots and fries were literally cold when delivered. Just horrible, dont waste your money.

We ordered sundaes and they don't have whip cream or Cherry's. The lids don't fit the sundae cups. But other than that there a convent place less than 3/10th of a mile up the road.
