We went in today and bought 4 of their turkey and ham specials for 5.99. I paid extra to put pepper jack cheese on 2 of them. When we got home, there was no cheese on any of the sandwiches. The girl working (about 3:30 ish) seemed very unhappy with her job. No greeting, she never smiled, slammed things around, and threw our sandwiches in the bag. Ive probably been there a half dozen times and only once was a positive experience. I might continue to try in a few months to see if things are improving, but probably not.

Great service and food inside Walmart! The location was not that busy, and the staff quickly made our order. Unfortunately, water cups are no longer offered, but we were still able to get a fountain cup. The veggie delight was great, although the jalapeno cheddar bread was not available. Overall a good clean subway!

Customer service was awful. Lady taking my order did not do my order one bit right and gave me bacon that was raw to my boyfriend and I. Flies were everywhere and hair was not put up. I called to get a refund due to us traveling and did not answer. Never go back there again.

waited in the store for about 10 minutes before anyone came, no way to get anyone’s attention, the lady in the back just kept doing dishes and the lady that did come was extremely rude.

Was told by the employee on that I ordered a footlong when I ordered a 6in by an employee named samatha then got yelled at by her when I told her I didn’t will never be coming back if this is subways standard for employees to yell at customers

I wish I could give more stars. Food is good but you have to make sure you get you discount. Twice I've tried and twice it did not happen. Sadly our last visit was not only a disappointment on that front; but, also make certain you get what your paying for BEFORE you leave with your sandwich. We paid for a deluxe and clearly he did not get it! I will post the pic. I contacted the franchise owner and I received a letter of apology and appreciation that they can utilize my experience for future customers. I a senior on a fixed income would have appreciated my $2 discount and a refund from the deluxe I paid for and the regular sandwich received.

It's pretty sad when you go to Subway at 12:30 in the afternoon and they can't even make a meatball marinara sub because they don't have the Italian herb and cheese bread.

Sherrisa likes her job and it shows. She seems genuinely upbeat and friendly.She asks questions and makes suggestions and she offered to cut my sanwich and wrap one to go. It may be a small gesture but its shows a lot as far as customer service. Hope her talents don't go unnoticed! Good job Sherrisa( hope I spelled your name right)Food was great but more impressed with the service.

Bad communication! Need drug testing. Don't need to deal with the public when there serves are high!!! Nothing wrong with the drug just a bad time to do it is at work. Manager should see it or is high to.

Went to store around 9:00pm on 3/16/24. Two young men were working. I was the only customer in the store. After waiting at the counter for several minutes while they were in the back talking they finally come up to the counter. The one waiting on me was very clearly bothered by the fact that he had a customer. A couple came in shortly after and he stops making my order and starts with theirs. The male customer told him that I was there first. The employee straight up tells him the HE is his priority. I was like WOW!! But I didn't say anything. After a few more instances of his being annoyed at having to wait on me I was checking out and the reader wouldn't take my coupon. He of course was annoyed with that as well. Finally I had enough. I said "oh wow". He gets loud and asks why I said that. I just let him know that he had been very rude while waiting on me and while this may be his first job, he needed to act professionally and that later in life this would not be acceptable. As I was walking out, he is yelling " I hope your food tastes like sh$!. I of course had to respond! This was inside Wal-Mart!! Where lots and lots of people were checking out!! I could not believe his behavior! I am just shocked that this kid had no respect for his job, his customers or even himself.

I ordered 3 sandwiches on the app. When I got there to pick them up and they were already done. Great to bad when we were all eating mid bite my mother bit into a piece of hair. I called the store to complain. The manager seemed like I was just bothering her. "They are really careful about that type of thing" it's nasty. I go back for my refund and the cashier tells me its not required for the to wear hairnets and her hair was down. So much for being careful. Guess I will go back to just driving to Eufaula definitely lost my business from now on.
