Went to store around 9:00pm on 3/16/24. Two young men were working. I was the only customer in the store. After waiting at the counter for several minutes while they were in the back talking they finally come up to the counter. The one waiting on me was very clearly bothered by the fact that he had a customer. A couple came in shortly after and he stops making my order and starts with theirs. The male customer told him that I was there first. The employee straight up tells him the HE is his priority. I was like WOW!! But I didn't say anything. After a few more instances of his being annoyed at having to wait on me I was checking out and the reader wouldn't take my coupon. He of course was annoyed with that as well. Finally I had enough. I said "oh wow". He gets loud and asks why I said that. I just let him know that he had been very rude while waiting on me and while this may be his first job, he needed to act professionally and that later in life this would not be acceptable. As I was walking out, he is yelling " I hope your food tastes like sh$!. I of course had to respond! This was inside Wal-Mart!! Where lots and lots of people were checking out!! I could not believe his behavior! I am just shocked that this kid had no respect for his job, his customers or even himself.

I ordered 3 sandwiches on the app. When I got there to pick them up and they were already done. Great to bad when we were all eating mid bite my mother bit into a piece of hair. I called the store to complain. The manager seemed like I was just bothering her. "They are really careful about that type of thing" it's nasty. I go back for my refund and the cashier tells me its not required for the to wear hairnets and her hair was down. So much for being careful. Guess I will go back to just driving to Eufaula definitely lost my business from now on.

Worst Subway in the State of Oklahoma!!!! I would not even feed my dog the food we got from here! The assistant Manager was rude and even flipped my son off. She also told him that it was a good thing she already made our sandwiches. Worst place ever..you never know what you will get at this place. I would not doubt the she would be the kind of person that would spit in your food if she where having a bad day!

First of the girl who walked up to wait on us looked like she hated her job. But I chalked it up that maybe she is having a bad day. I then asked for a 12inch chicken teriyaki sandwich. She asked on what bread and I said white. She never asked me about which cheese she just started putting white American. Which happen to be what he gets. I order my Italian but on white and I spoke up and told her that I would like double cheese and told her what kind. When she put the the items on the sandwiches and then folded it over I noticed it was Italian herb and cheese. I told her that was the wrong bread she got mad and argued that I said that kind. Even my husband behind me heard me tell her white bread. She said well all it is is white bread with herbs and cheese. Well duh..She said do you want it or not. I told her she was being very rude. She said I was being rude. Seriously? She made the mistake and got angry with me!! Other customers customers stood by watching all of it! She wasn't wearing a name tag but she has half dark hair and half purple red hair. Shame on the other two workers for not taking over in her place for being rude. Corporate will hear about this!

No one was working, waited 10 minutes called out and no one was in the shop so we left. We were there about 2:00 in the afternoon. When we walked out met a person with Subway shirt on in the parking lot.

I ordered two 12in ham sandwich online app. When I picked up the sandwich at the store. My daughter and I sat down in the store and ate at the store. After we started eating the sandwich we both noticed nether of the sandwich had meat on them. I then went and told the girls that was working behind the counter. They remade mine. But because my daughter ate quarter of the sandwich. They refused the remake hers. After I got upset they was only going to 6in for her. I then told them I paid for. 12’ with ham not a 6in and threatened to call the corporation office on them. Then they remade my daughter sandwich.

Didn’t have a very good experience every time I come in there’s nothing available it’s always out of stock or the lady has always said it was frozen and there’s never no pretzels available when I went to order this time the lady took her hat off and scratched her head and fixed her face mask with the same gloves she was going to make my sandwich with do not recommend eating here

Placed an order through the app (Ez-order) that you are sent to when you click you are placing a catering order. My catering order was over $100. Order was placed to be picked up at 11:15 am, I get there at 11 am. The employee says the person who handles our catering orders so I can't help you but they just stepped out for a minute. That was fine because I was there early. The employee who had stepped out had texted me with a few questions about the sub part of the order earlier that morning so I had high hopes this was all going to go well and quickly. This employee returns and gives me the sub part of the order and then starts making up some cups with the sauces I had requested. They fill up the sauce cups and then I am like, ok, where is the cookie platter part of my order? The employee is like, "What Cookie platter?" I open my phone show her the order with the cookie platter. She says, my manager did not text me that part of the order only the subs but I can have those cookies for you in about 15 minutes. I was ok with that as the extra 15 minutes would not have made me late to the lunch I was hosting. The cookies took over 30 minutes ! I watched the employee help other customers while I waited and waited. Then when I finally opened the cookies at the event, the cookies were overdone. So I was late to the event I was hosting and the cookies were overdone. :-( I emailed the manager of the store but the only thing they offered were words and some coupons ! Like I will ever spend my money there again. A good manager would have at least offered a refund of the cookies for all my frustration and because the error was on his/her's end for not communicating with his employee the whole order. So don't get a catering order from here unless you like to be frustrated and late.
