Can't make a sandwich right to save their lives. When I ask for NO CHEESE, and the receipt says NO CHEESE, and the sticker on the sandwich says NO CHEESE, I expect a sandwich without cheese. So focused on running me out the drive through and clearing their screens for their time metrics that they don't even know what they're handing out.
