Ordereded Doordash thru them instead of saying they were out of banana pudding they substituted it without calling us(if i wanted cherry i would have orderes it)€. Got our food and they barely put any sides in the cup. The green beans were one bite with a regular spoon. Tried calling then they hung up on me. Very bad service will not be spending anymore money there.

the food is alright, i had a problem with my order, they barely added any meat to my loaded spud , its all all mostly potato and sauce. And on top of that they have a roach problem... i saw a few of them out in the day time. Wasnt even night and they were out and about. Grossed me out ?

Ordered a hot link sandwich, the amount of meat was ridiculous, Iwas a link 3 inches long and sliced so small , it literally was 5 small bite size pieces. I understand meat is expensive and cutting cost to operate are top priority. But that was no excuse to skimp the customer like this.
Just went and got a chicken plate chicken so dry I couldn’t eat it.21 bucks thrown away straight garbage.choked my beagle tryin to scarf it down.

My wife and I eat the food from there 2 or 3 times a week. NOT anymore! This is the first time I've ever had a bad meal from Billy's and it was absolutely horrible. The BBQ beans were cooked to mush and there was nothing on my Heisman!!!! They just lost not only this customer but I'll never recommend anyone again. I used to tell everyone how great the BBQ is there. I spend about $100 a week there, from now on I'll have to find another place.....The photos I've seen looks NOTHING like what I got today. She asked for pickles and got onion and pepper. If I could I would have given a minus on the stars! I hope they improve, for until I know otherwise I won't return.

The food was delicious. Joe at the Chickasha location needs recognition and a raise. My biggest pet peeve is when the cook or servers wear gloves to handle food, turn and touch everything, then back to food without changing gloves. In the time it took Joe to prepare our food and get things from the back, he changed gloves three times. I will go back to eat just because of Joe.
