It was my first time dining here and I wasn’t impressed with the food or the service I received. I was seated shortly after entering the restaurant. However I waited almost 15-20 minutes before the server was able to take my order, despite the restaurant not being crowded. I was told by the server they were backed up in the kitchen and my other would be delayed. After waiting for about 20-25 minutes I did received my food. The wings were a bit under cooked and the fried pickles tasted salty. The pizza was mid at best. I would recommend here for the pizza.Parking: Parking is very limited in front of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: This restaurant is kid-friendly

was disappointed in the service my daughter's burger was dry overcooked. pizza was soggy but the service is what upset me she did not top up our drinks as she was close to closing she rushed us out so she could clean the table jacklynn not impressedKid-friendliness: we have taken the grands after all practices they enjoyed

I had a coupon for a free 10” pizza so I decided to try. The service was awesome. I saw on their menu that they had Mac n cheese bites so I asked if I could sample one. Outback Steakhouse’s are disgusting and I’m a Mac n cheese lover. I was given not 1 but 4. I’m extremely satisfied. The pizza is awesome, I’d rate it a solid 8 out of 10. The crust is perfect. My only request would be a little bit more cheese only because I’m a cheese lover. Would definitely recommend. Between them and Firo I’m torn.

Really have loved this place in the past. Have been disappointed in food quality last three times. Prices have gone up and didn't care for Sunday options. $14.99 for a pizza buffet is Cray Cray.

Wife wanted a Taco Salard, was told no we only do them on Tex-Mex Tuesday.I got a Hawaiian Pizza and all the topping just slide right off.Her Meal said $9.⁰⁰Got the receipt said $9.⁹⁹, asked the waitress and she said I don't know, might be wrong price on the menu and didn't offer to make out right.Went to pay for the our tab the "Owner's Son" checked out the people in front of and when it was our turn. He just walks off like we was a nobody to him to go check on his customers tables. I guess that's what happens when he disrespects you in front of your family back in December and calls my boss at my job and try to get me chewed out by my manager, only because my manager is best friends the owner's!!!!1 out of 5 ⭐️ do I recommend for future business just being honest and bluntness about it!!

We placed a Door Dash order and it was all messed up. I called the restaurant and the young lady that answered the phone knew who I was before I even finished explaining. She told me they are making us a new order and will deliver it to us as I do not have a vehicle. I will definitely recommend Ben and Jays!
