I rarely leave reviews this may be my first ever. I absolutely love the food here it’s great, but the service is unbearably slow to the point where you think they may have forgotten you. Friday morning not super busy by any means, I waited 40 minutes for two eggs 3 pieces of bacon a hash brown and a piece of toast.
Wehappened to be in Chickasha today and decided to try this particular Boomerang Cafe. The service was not as friendly and approachable as other locations. The waitresses were too standoffish. I could tell that friendliness was reserved for regulars, not for out of towners, and that is regrettable. We were welcomed in, but not thanked for coming in. In my opinion that is important if you would like returning customers. Service was pretty quick, and the food was good and affordable....
We've been here a handful of times, and the 1st two times with my family was great, We L♡ve the burgers, fries & diner vibe!, the 3rd time(around noon) & and the 4th time, which was last night for dinner(little before 8pm). The service has been very wacky bad. Took a while til someone came to ask for our drinks, then took another 10-15 for our order to be taken. I'm not sure if it was a shift change going on, but it was for sure a whole lot of chit chatting...
