I ordered two milkshakes... And neither one was a (milkshake) they was more milk then anything.. certainly not a shake... First time going there since I've been here in town... And probably won't be going back... But on a good note.. they do have some really good cinnamon rolls.. and not bad prices for their gallon ice teas... 🙂

Came in for a cone after seeing the Christmas lights. Floor was filthy. Restrooms were deplorable. Ordered a cup of chocolate ice cream with whipped cream. Got chocolate vanilla mix. It was busy, but not staffed or prepared for a rush.

Gave my son the wrong order and then refused to make it right or replace the correct order. When he told them they gave him the wrong order the clerk said, “I honestly don’t care!” and ignored him.

Went in after power outage in town and they were slammed but everyone had smiles on thier faces and keeper ot going.

It seemed like the employees didn't like serving customers. That's a red flag for any business. Every problem stems from your employees' well-being.

So I just left this place of business. It’s 10/31/2024 n me n my husband decided to stop n eat there. N let me tell u something y’all need to do some employee talks or something because the manager that was there was so mean to EVERY EMPLOYEE N TALKED TO THEM LIKE THEY WAS DOGS. N when I asked about who she was n her name bless these 2 young ladies that was so scared n very intimidated just of their own manager. Y’all need to do a 1 on 1 with everyone n find out what’s really going on . Cause I tell u what if it was my kids working there n they came home n was telling me about her the outcome would not be so sweet.

SIGN SAYS BAG OF BURGERS $6.45. i got 2 bags of burgers i was charged $23.90. It’s a scam. we go to the manager she proceeds to say she can’t do anything about the signs. THAT IS YOUR JOB AS A MANAGER TO MAKE SURE ALL OF THAT IS TAKEN CARE OF. did i get anytype of reimbursement? no i did not. did i get any type of store credit? i also did not. did they do anything about this issue? ABSOLUTELY NOT. they did nothing also just threw my honey mustard i asked for at me.

chickasha oklahoma location loves scamming and false advertising their bags of burgers .. what should have been a 16.20 for two bags of burgers with cheese turned into 23.90 .. once we went to speak to the manager at the location she said “well i can’t do anything about it/ i can’t control the signs” but as a manager you’re supposed to make sure all your signs are up to corporate code.. we never received our refund either

When my sibling went to this establishment, the staff here declined to tell them that when buying the bag of burgers deal that if they wanted cheese it would cost extra to add cheese. The pricing of the bag of burger did match the price that they have posted on the sign on the road. When the manager was confronted about the incorrect pricing of the signage outside, she responded that there was nothing she was able to do about it. This service is absolutely outrageous and the staff is oblivious to the deals that they provide.
