Went to buy my child a kids meal they gave me a kids meal with a box of nuggets and a box of fries no toy no cookie nothing! Went inside to see if they could maybe give him a cookie the manager lady refused to give him a cookie. Just got my refund and left. I though this place was supposed to be “one of the best”

Slowest chik fil a I’ve ever seen. Waited in line for 16 min used mobile app then they de me back around to sit in line again. Food was cold after all that waiting.

This rating is specific to this location; given this is a chain with a standard menu, I'm assuming everyone knows basically what they are getting. Very clean, service was fast, and the food was hot and fresh; there was a minor error on our order, but it was resolved immediately without any hassle. Location is convenient to I-44 if you are traveling between Lawton and OKC.
Spent $70 for great food but got home and.didn’t have mayo, ketchup, or explanation on substitutions. Had to drive back to get mayo and ketchup. They gave us plenty of mayo but only three ketchups for three large fries. Glad we had some ketchup at home. I guess there is a reason that this Chick-fil-A is not as busy as any other Chick-fil-A. I hope they can find a way to improve. I love their food.
