I had such a great experience thanks to Rodolfo at Chick-fil-A. From the moment I walked in, he stood out for his professionalism, kindness, and genuine positivity. He greeted me with a smile, was extremely patient while I ordered, and made sure everything was correct down to the smallest detail. It’s rare to see someone who takes that much pride in customer service, but Rodolfo clearly cares about making each guest feel welcomed and valued.
What impressed me most was his attitude, even during a busy rush, he stayed calm, friendly, and efficient. He went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and even checked back to see if I needed anything else. That level of attentiveness really makes a difference and shows strong work ethic and character.
Employees like Rodolfo are the reason people keep coming back. He represents Chick-fil-A exceptionally well, and I hope his hard work gets recognized because he truly deserves it.

This was my first time trying Chick-fil-A and I was disappointed in the size of their chicken strips as well as the price. I got the 4 piece meal and spent almost $12.00 Not a fan of their waffle fries. The chicken strips / tenders were very good, just figured they would be regular size. These look like they came from very small chickens that were not big enough yet to butcher. Just my opinion. I will not be going back.

Do not order from here when it gets late every single time they mess my order up and serve cold food al.They refuse to refund it the next day even tho you ordered it when there about to close offer you a coupon in the mail .Never had a bad experience at any of there other locations besides Chickasha.The worst customer service ever .Whoever is hiring these lazy disrespectful people needs to find another job wouldn’t order from here unless you want old cold food!!!!

Went there this morning, ordered a chicken biscuit combo, the tater tots were extremely cold the chicken on the biscuit was very thin. Also ordered a chicken bowl and there was very little of anything in it except for stale tater tots and it was cold the cheese wasn't even melted on it.. The unsweetened tea was very good. How disappointing for the money that you spend.

Can’t share a picture because I inhaled my chicken noodle soup before I remembered to snap a photo. Morning sickness is making it impossible to keep anything down but today I risked it and ordered the soup. I literally cried because it tasted so good and zero was wrong with the order. Could that have something to do with the insane amount of hormones I’m dealing with?…..maybe. Regardless, it was yummy. Will absolutely be ordering it again very soon!

Wow!!! Rodolfo made my experience a 10/10. I wasn't in the mood for chick fil a but he said that on his word of honor that he believes that he could make it worth it and by golly was he right. Never ever have I met someone that goes beyond even after enjoying my meal he told me he could help me change my tire. I hope that everyone can strive to be like him. The world needs more Rodolfo's!!!
