Food was good, fries were excellent. Service was super friendly. Tables are a tight fit if you have a little girth around the middle. The smoke detector (I think) in the dining area was beeping the whole time like it needed the battery changed.

This location kinda looks like it's closed down, especially when it's not busy, but it's not. Definitely worth a visit!

They’ve been out of chicken for a week and ive had to cancel to DoorDash orders affecting my rating and pay. It’s bad business.

I was going to stop by after work at 6 pm tonight but the girl that was working said I used my vape. I’m not saying I did or didn’t I really don’t remember but instead of politely asking not to do that here she acted like I was a criminal and kicked me out. If that’s the way this establishment deals with paying customers I can live with out it. I don’t know the woman’s name but she was the only woman working on the night of 12/5/25 at 6:05pm.

Ordered an M&M blizzard on Uber Eats, waited 30 minutes to get a blizzard with no M&Ms.

I suggest management get Everett some training on how to provide decent customer service.
I brought my family here for a quick dinner after a night of basketball and it was the worst service we have ever had at any establishment ever! All over one mistake.

One combo hamburger was not made as we ordered, my husband brought the meal up to the counter and waited and waited to have someone acknowledge he was there, only to be yelled at by the guy in the back messing up peoples orders. My husband is hard of hearing anyways so he told the guy that he couldn’t hear him and to stop yelling. My husband told the guy that the burger was not made how it was ordered and the guy started yelling again. Once again my husband politely asked for the burger to be made as it was originally ordered. The guy remade the burger, but his attitude was the worst I have seen in a long time, from an adult at least.
Also they didn’t put ice in our drinks and when it was mentioned they gave us a huge cup of ice, tell me how well it works to dump ice in a cup that is already plum full of soda…..🤦🏻‍♀️. These employees should be thankful to have a job and I hope they treat other customers more respectful than we were treated tonight.

The general manager is the best manager Dairy Queen has ever had. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. The restaurant was very clean and food was great

The wait time was longer than Whataburger at 3am on a Saturday night. The food however was hot, fresh, and delicious!! Easy ingress and egress with ample parking.

Understaffed and outdated... the nacho cheese in a cup that I had ordered along with my chicken basket was old and had the hardened layer of cheese for most of the cup.
