I quite literally love this one drink from There. It’s $10 on door dash for a small.. so I order 2 every day. One with extra ice and one with no ice. Now they don’t put the extra ice one in a bigger cup, but they only fill my no ice one half way up. I don’t like in Chickasha I commute here for Work. Literally every other location makes my drinks correctly. This is insane.

I've been getting my tea here for awhile, and the tea is great and the workers have always been so sweet. But the last several times, I've seen the same older woman, and she is so disrespectful and unprofessional. On several occasions I've witnessed or overheard her cussing up a storm or complaining something awful. I'm disappointed that this is the sort of behavior this establishment permits now. I'm also disappointed that I have to stop and decide if going up there and getting my tea is worth a run in with her. I'm tired of seeing this and being treated this way. It's shameful

In love with the rootbeer tea! I hate that it's seasonal because it's the only flavor they have that I like. My daughter likes the watermelon tea. The employees always welcome you in and are friendly and helpful.

I am usually a pretty loyal customer, but I don’t think I will be returning to this Hteao in Chickasha. I was there today at around 1 o’clock. I came through the drive-through and got a very simple order. The person who took my order was very blunt and very rude no hospitality whatsoever. and then I got to the window and this person who I think was a girl didn’t ask me if I had rewards so I wasn’t able to get any of my points. ontop of everything she took a phone call while i was sitting there in the drive through waiting for my card to be returned to me. then they handed it back and slammed the window. My drink order was wrong. I ordered a sweet raspberry tea and I got an unsweet coconut tea. this is NOT the first time ive had a bad interaction with this person. i will NOT be returning to this hteao. horrible service.

I go to almost every HTeaO in the area and I visit daily! They have had a lot of staff turnover and it truly shows that they don’t have the same level of service that it once had. The new management is not quite as effective to be quite honest. Today I ordered my drink during happy hour on the online app and my friend picked it up. They told him I had to order two in order to receive the happy hour (buy one get one) but when you tried to order two it was going to charge you for two, not the buy one get one. About two hours later I went to the store, they told me that I had to order two, I told them that it charges you for two. Then they said that my friend was told that there is no happy hour with the app. I confirmed with my friend The the manager had shouted from the drive-through line that they had to order two in order to get. He was never told that there was no happy hour with the app. Then made me pay for an additional tea when they could’ve just handed it out during happy hour or given it to me at that moment which would’ve been the right customer service thing to do. Again the level of service and customer care is going downhill quickly.
